Contact the Alumni Office ( ) for further details and to make arrangements Alumni Reunion Scientific Program Target Audience This program is designed for physicians of all specialties and health care professionals, (both active and retired) and all medical students. Program Description Based upon identified patient needs as reported by the alumni Board members & the 2013 scientific program evaluations it was determined that this year s program would focus on: treatment for headaches, reducing complications from hip replacement surgery, the effect of the Affordable Health Care Act on health care and mental health needs of returning military personnel. Objectives As a result of attending this activity participants will be more able to: identify mental health issues in returning military personnel & make appropriate referrals; reduce medical complications associated with hip replacements and improve diagnosis & treatment of patients with severe headaches.
