Children 8 16 years pay 50% of the adult per person sharing rate when sharing with at least one full paying adult or child. Children under 12 years are required to share with a parent. Children in their own suite: first child pays full adult per person sharing rate and second child pays child rate. Lodge Suites & Camp Tents: accommodate 1 child sharing (third person) with parents. Chem Chem Lodge Family Suite: Lodge Suite with separate Children s Room accommodates up to 3 children (under 16) in the Children s Room and 1 child sharing (third person) the suite with parents. If the Lodge is hired exclusively, children of all ages are welcome. All children must be accompanied by parents/guardians on all safari activities (or respective guide/chem Chem staff). Child minders (female Maasai) and special children s activities are available at Chem Chem Lodge. GUIDE POLICY Private Guides pay the concession fee. Driver guides don t pay concession fees. No driver guides or 3rd party vehicles accommodated in the Little Chem Chem Concession. Private guides can stay in the private guide room at US$ 160 per night.

6 TERMS & CONDITIONS Minimum stay of 2 nights. No reservation is deemed confirmed unless acknowledged and accepted in writing by the Reservation Manager to the Operator. Reservations will be confirmed in writing ( ). Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days and only following which a 20% non-refundable deposit must be paid or the booking will be released. 80% of the balance is due no later than 45 days before arrival. If a reservation is made 45 days prior to the arrival date, full payment is due. For group bookings (3 tents or more) the full balance needs to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. Payments must be made in USD ($), extras can be paid for at the property by cash, Visa or MasterCard. Emergency Evacuation Insurance: US$ 25 per person for all bookings made directly with Chem Chem, insurance will be added to the rate. For bookings made via an international agent, Chem Chem will need confirmation prior to arrival that the insurance will be handled by the agent, otherwise it will be added to the rate. For bookings made via DMC, Chem Chem will need confirmation that guests have this insurance prior to arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY Between confirmation & 45 days, 20% of the total cost is charged (the deposit). Between confirmation & 44 and 30 days, 50% of the total cost is charged. Between 29 days and a no show, 100% of the total cost will be charged. Any cancellation of a reservation must be in writing and shall only be effective upon it s acknowledgement by the company.
