1 Our School Camp package incorporates hands on engagement by our specially trained and highly skilled activity staff. Our staff are with your group building genuine rapport with the students and actively engaging them across the whole program and its outcomes. PCKGE INCLUDES With a full on 20 hours of facilitated programing over 3 days your students will get to experience a variety of high action core activities, along with a selection of recreation, education and just plain fun electives. During designated free time sessions our staff will facilitate a variety of games for the group, and at night time we will keep them engaged and active while the supervisors get a chance to unwind. 4 FURTHER INFORMTION Meals: * Includes Standard meal plan (option to upgrade to Meal and Half package for older students at additional$17.50 per person). * ll morning teas, afternoon teas and suppers provided complimentary. ctivity Blocks: * ll day time activity sessions are 3 hours duration. * ll night time activity sessions are 2 hours duration. * Students are allocated into ctivity Groups, where strict student to accredited staff ratios are maintained. * Free time supervised games sessions incorporate facilitated games conducted by our staff. Pricing: * ll prices are quoted inclusive of GST. * ll prices as at 1st January 2015 and subject to change. * $219 price per student. * Supervisors stay free, based on 1 free supervisor for every 10 paying students. Price per additional supervisors is $130. * ll prices are based on a weekday camp (Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday) during school term. Group Size: * pex Camps can accept bookings with a minimum 30 students. * pex Camps requires a group supervisor to remain with each activity group during the conduct of activities to manage behaviour. * Group supervisors are responsible for students during all times outside of facilitated activity times. * pex Camps recommends that schools allocate teachers/supervisors to a ratio of 1 for every activity group plus 1. pex Camps prides itself on offering fully flexible packages and we are happy to tailor a camp to suit your specific needs.
