1 AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK FLYING PACKAGES (03 days / 02 nights) Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa s highest peak, the Amboseli National Parks is one of Kenya s most popular parks. The name Amboseli comes from a Maasai word meaning salty dust, and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands. They can also visit the local Maasai community who live around the park and experience their authentic culture. Access to Amboseli: By Road: The main road into the park is from Nairobi via Namanga (240 km) on the Nairobi - Arusha Road, through Meshanani Gate. The other road is from Nairobi via Emali (228 km) on the Nairobi - Mombasa Road. Access from Mombasa is mainly through Tsavo West National Park via Kimana (Olkelunyiet) Gate.

Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands.

2 By Air: Airstrips: The Park has a single airstrip for light aircrafts at Empusel gate. Other airstrips exist at Kilimanjaro Buffalo Lodge and Namanga town Major Attractions: Large Herds of Elephants plus the Big Five Mt. Kilimanjaro Observation Hill which allows an overall view of the whole park especially the swamps and elephants, Swamp below observation hill hosts many elephants, buffaloes, hippos and a variety of water fowls like pelican, Egyptian goose Contemporary Maasai culture and indigenous lifestyle.

3 ITINERARY: Day 1 Nairobi / Amboseli National Park Met on arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport/ picked from your hotel in Nairobi and transferred to Wilson Airport for your flight at 0815hrs to Amboseli National Park famous for its spectacular view of the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro (weather permitting). Upon arrival take a game drive en-route to your lodge for check in and lunch. Short siesta and at 1600 hrs enjoy an afternoon game viewing drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at the lodge. Day 2 Full Day Amboseli A full day in the park with morning game drive followed by lunch at your lodge and then evening game drive. Amboseli National Park, at the foot of Africa s highest mountain, Kilimanjaro, is one of Kenya s most popular national parks. It lies 150 miles south-east of Nairobi, very close to the Tanzania border. The snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro rising above the clouds dominates every aspect of Amboseli. All meals and overnight at the lodge. Day 3 Departure Early morning breakfast then take a game drive en-route as you transfer to Amboseli airstrip for your 0905hrs flight to Wilson Airport, Nairobi. Upon arrival in Nairobi, met and transferred to your hotel or JKIA.

Short siesta and at 1600 hrs enjoy an afternoon game viewing drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
