2 About the Best Employers in Japan 2007 Study More than 20 organizations registered to participate in the study and opinions were collected from more than 4,000 employees as part of the Best Employers in Japan 2007 study. The study was part of the larger Best Employers in Asia 2007 study, which also spanned Australia and (combined), China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, and Singapore, making it the company s most far-reaching study to date. 3 More than 750 organizations registered to participate in the study and opinions were collected from more than 160,000 employees as part of Hewitt s Best Employers in Asia 2007 study, making it the largest piece of employer research ever conducted in the region. The study was conducted in partnership with the Wall Street Journal Asia.
