8 Catering by artisans artisans market bistro is dedicated to providing the best service with the highest quality food product, all at current and fair market prices. All catering orders must be in adherence with Renown Catering Policy. Scheduling an Event The following information is provided to assist you in scheduling your event. Please review these considerations and retain this page for your information when scheduling your event. Contact Catering Coordinator Tonya Wardell at for information. Due to health and safety concerns, outside food and beverage MAY NOT be brought into any of Renown Medical Groups facilities. At least one hour between functions will be necessary to allow for proper clean-up and set-up time. Other catering functions may be scheduled after your event, so we request prompt departure at scheduled end time. artisans Banquet Rooms 107 & 108 Rental fee for meeting rooms 107 & 108 is $50.00 per hour if no food or beverage is ordered. The total amount charged for a catered event must be greater than the rental fee of $50 per hour. The difference will be charged as a room rental. Renown meeting rooms can be booked by using Meeting Room Manager. It is the sole responsibility of the individual to book their own meeting rooms through Meeting Room Manager. Additional Costs or Fees Add 7.725% for sales tax and 18% service charge to all food and beverage charges, where applicable. $20 per hour, per attendant will be charged if an attendant is required to stay for the duration of the event. No-shows will be charged the entire price of the scheduled event. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will be charged 50% of the price of the scheduled event. Table skirting is available for $20 each skirt. Additional table clothes can be rented for $5 each. The catering department will require advanced notice for this service. Off-site caterings will be considered, but may require a delivery charge. Weekends and evenings may also be reserved for an additional charge.
