1 UPDATED JULY 2013
2 We were recently asked what is a Brewster? After an extensive 10 month brand audit that included interviews and research conducted with members of the internal management team, customers, partners and suppliers, we are prepared to answer this question. Brewster Inc. is now Brewster Travel Canada. The new name more accurately represents the full services travel company Brewster has become. Brewster Travel Canada is built on four pillars; travel planning, transportation, hospitality and attractions. These pillars represent the four categories all Brewster businesses are now organized within. The new name deserves a new look that represents the vibrancy of the Brewster experience, the team and our customers. Using a fresh new color palette, modern icons and name changes to some of our businesses, we have created a completely new brand system. Every part of our business will receive a makeover incorporating the new colors, logos and brand elements we may be over 100 years old, but we definitely won t look like it anymore. Rollout of this new look is in progress. It is imperative that during this transition period that the utmost care and attention be taken when applying the new logos, colors and brand elements. The following pages contain our brand standards. This will continue to be a work in progress that will be continually updated as we develop new standards as they relate to items such as signage, ad templates, stationery packages etc. Please consult with the marketing team on all applications of the new brand. We have spent a great deal of time and effort on this new brand and we now rely on all of you to implement and represent it. Our brand is only as strong as the consistency and discipline we use when applying it. Thank you all for your support. Michael Hannan President
3 INTRODUCTION The Brewster Travel Canada brand has been revitalized to deliver an updated image that conveys the personality of modern and fresh.
