1 18th Annual Charity Golf Tournament Sponsorship Opportunities Charitable Registration# RR0001 About Brantwood Community Services Brantwood Community Services is a not for profit agency that empowers people with developmental challenges in their pursuit of a full life. Our Agency operates a full range of residential supports including 12 group homes, independent living apartments, a Community Day Program, a Recreation Therapy Centre, a variety of Respite Services and a Seating Clinic that produces customized seating and positioning products. Our mandate focuses on the people we support and seeking out opportunities to provide them with a life that goes beyond basic needs. 18 th Annual Charity Golf Tournament The 18th Annual Charity Golf Tournament will be hosted on Thursday May 29, 2014 at Northridge Municipal Golf Course. The tournament welcomes local business professionals, community partners and Brantwood supporters. Community support is vital in the success of Brantwood Community Services and the opportunities we make available for the people we support. Your contribution will help support the services we provide to individuals with developmental challenges in Brantford and Brant County. Why Sponsor? Brantwood Community Services relies on funding for equipment not covered by Ministry funding. The agency relies heavily on community and individual donations for the purchase of wheelchair accessible buses, which are key to keeping people supported participating in the community. The Foundation is the main source of funding for these vehicles and the replacement needs are ongoing. By sponsoring the 2014 Annual Charity Golf Tournament you will demonstrate your commitment to helping others in need. You will gain visibility and access alternative markets while supporting and affiliating your organization with a worthy cause. Furthermore, you will receive great exposure before, after and on the day of the event. 1

4 OTHER OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE PLAY IN THE TOURNAMENT Registration Fees as low as $130! - Take advantage of REDUCED registration fees! Registration fees are $130 before March 17 and $145 after March At the tournament you will enjoy a complete program of special events, 18 holes of golf (including cart), lunch, a take home prize for each participant, a delicious reception dinner, great raffle prizes, and a live & silent auction. Prize Donation - Donate a prize to the Live Auction, Silent Auction or Raffle. It is encouraged that the estimated value of a prize donation has a minimum estimated value of $25.
