2 PRESENTING THE 5TH ANNUAL PRIMARY CARE EVIDENCE-BASED MEDICINE UPDATE EVIDENCE THAT MATTERS Primary care providers, more than any other health care providers, are required to be knowledgeable of the most recent practices in a wide array of medical specialties. This educational activity is designed to address primary care clinicians knowledge and educational needs through short presentations that review and analyze recent findings from pertinent clinical research, with a specific focus on research studies that have immediate implications for practice. Most of the studies reviewed will be well-designed randomized clinical trials and meta-analyses. WHO SHOULD ATTEND? This activity is designed for family physicians, general internists, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other health care professionals who have an interest in primary care.
