4 Introduction Our advisers will provide challenge and guidance to develop your school. Our consultants provide the highest quality external evaluation and support to manage school improvement. There is a rigorous approach with focused and practical advice, outcomes that are measurable and sustainable, ensuring a lasting difference and adding value to pupils and staff. Our Team The Lime Trust provides a wide range of school improvement services for schools. We have a large team of professionals working to provide high quality, bespoke CPD and School Improvement services. Our team includes; Headteachers, curriculum leaders, specialist consultants and business and administration experts. Dr Helen Tyler, Director of CP, brings 35 years experience in teaching and leadership training, tutoring and mentoring and is supported by our strong team. Clare Reynolds, Consultant Headteacher. NPQH. Interim Headteacher in challenged academy in Croydon, member of Board of Assessors, Forest Independent Primary Collegiate; worked across London boroughs. Brendan Plunkett, Consultant Headteacher. NPQH. Interim Headteacher in challenged academies in Haringey and Croydon. Expertise in assessment and technology infrastructure to support teaching and learning. Victoria Lock, Consultant Headteacher, completing NPQH.
