Our Award-Winning Wedding Space spans the entire top floor of our venue and floor to ceiling glass on the eastern side allows for a stunning 180 degree view of the ocean from Point Cartwright off into the distance as far as Noosa. The windows on the enclosed deck area can be opened to create an open-air feel and let in the refreshing ocean breeze and the sound of waves crashing from the beach below as your guests relax and mingle. From the moment you look through our stunning venue, you can relax knowing our experienced Wedding Team will assist you to create your perfect day down to the last detail. Our all-inclusive packages can be tailored to suit your individual requirements and our venue can be divided and set in a number of ways so your Wedding will feel intimate no matter the size. 4 Ceremony The breathtaking views of Mooloolaba Beach make the perfect backdrop for saying I do. With floor-to-cieling glass and 180 degree ocean views, you and your guests can enjoy the atmosphere of a beach Wedding from the comfort of our beautiful venue. Classic Ceremony Package Our Classic Ceremony Package Includes: Specialist staff to help coordinate your ceremony, covered ceremony location offering spectacular coastal views, chairs, chair covers and sashes (your choice of colours), registry table, your choice of carpet or rose petal aisle way, use of sound system and iced water station for guests refreshment Cost $700 The Surf Club Mooloolaba can supply a variety of optional extras to enhance your Wedding Ceremony; your Wedding Coordinator will be able to discuss these with you to achieve your dream ceremony. Wet Weather Backup The Sunshine Coast boasts one of the best climates in the world, but that s not to say it doesn t rain. Book our Wet Weather back-up option to ensure your day will be special no matter the weather. Cost $300

5 Reception Imagine your guests arriving at your magical Wedding Reception to a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. They are greeted by our friendly Wedding Team with an arrival beverage and a selection of delectable canapes as they relax and chat on the deck overlooking Mooloolaba Beach. Keep your event casual with a cocktail setup or have your guests seated for a delicious meal prepared by our Executive Chef and served by our Award-Winning Weddings Team. Our expansive Wedding Space can be divided and set in a number of ways so your Reception will feel intimate no matter the size and we offer a number of all-inclusive packages, detailed on the following pages, which can be tailored to suit your individual requirements.

6 Package Inclusions Sourcing all of the items for your Wedding can be quite time consuming, so we have designed a range of all-inclusive Wedding Packages with our recommended suppliers to make your desicions easier. Our packages are designed based on a minimum of 60 adult guests and include complimentary room hire. However, if you have a smaller, more intimate Wedding or our packages don t suit your requirements, our Wedding Coordinator can work with you to create a tailored package to suit you and your guests. Inclusions: Wedding Coordinator Professional wedding consultations, expert advice and recommendation. Classic Theming Chair covers, crisp white linen, table ware and decorations, Stationary Pack Table seating chart, individual, single-sided place cards, table numbers and menus, *Package Four includes welcome sign only. Entertainment Five hour DJ package, microphone, lectern and dance floor. Beverages 5 hour Mooloolaba Beverage Package *Lunch and Breakfast packages have alternate inclusions.
