The only manal intervention reqired will be plgging the handset into a PoE switch, the handset will then load all the firmware reqired and atomatically connect to the platform. Frthermore yo can tailor yor VolP system with Bolt-ons; these have been designed otside of the core ADSI VolP provision to offer more specialised cstomisation of the service. The crrent Bolt-ons available are; n Call Centre n Call recording storage n Call qee grop n Desktop client software This bolt-on allows bsinesses to easily manage their call centre environments throgh creation of spervisors and agents. It also allows more detailed reporting on agent behavior, cstomisable messaging to callers - inclding estimated wait and call qee position, and increased capacity for qeed calls. Call Recording Storage Provided in a range of charging tiers and designed to complement the on demand or X% of calls recorded capabilities over both sers and grops. Calls are stored for p to 6 months and can be downloaded for permanent storage offline. To complement the ADSI VolP system, a dedicated receptionist PC console is available to manage incoming calls over a single or mltiple sites. Each Call Qee Grop can be cstomised with its own Welcome, Comfort, and Hold msic/messaging and has the added capability of a ser breakot. PC Client Separate to the core ADSI VolP system, a client can be added to any PC or laptop offering an easy to se desktop client, allowing access to the ADSI VolP system sing a paired handset or separate USB. This allows the ser to; n Make calls from their phone or compter n Send messages with Instant Messaging to other contacts and other messaging systems n Access the individal sers telephony settings for complete call control inclding diverts, transfers, conferencing, profiles, remote access etc. n Enable Telephony and Client Presence n Log in as an Agent to a Call Centre and select agent stats Call Management Reporting ADSI VolP offers some key statistics throgh its standard reporting, however a move powerfl, in depth soltion is available throgh Akixi.
