5 5 Managing your Customer Base User Web Portal Our user web portal gives you access to a range of information about your Customers telecoms activity including their Call History, showing the total number of answered and missed calls, daily call analysis and much more. This allows you to monitor their business performance and customer service levels or even assess their sales efficiency. This can be provided directly to your end customer branded as you also. This is the IPW Reseller Control Panel. By logging in with your unique Username and Password, the Reseller Control Panel gives you access to your own reseller platform. There are also additional management features such as: Customer Support Order Manager Fault Management And by clicking on the highlighted link, you can: Create a new customer account Access and manage existing customer accounts 5

6 The User Manager From this page you can manage your customers users by creating, duplicating, deleting, editing and administering new or existing users. This tab also enables you to manage groups of users and permission rights. By clicking on the highlighted link, you can manage the extensions and portal permissions of each user, giving you access to an array of configurations. 6

7 7 Huntgroup Manager From this page, you can add and manage your customers huntgroups by adding or removing members from them. Queue Manager From here, you can manage call queues by creating, editing, starting and pausing them. 7

8 Number Manager As a reseller, you can manage numbers by editing the behaviour and routing of inbound DDIs. You can also leave a comment/note on your update. All these actions can be configured by clicking on the highlighted link. Support This is the Ticket Manager page where you can manage support tickets created by your customers. You can create, update and manage existing support tickets. You and your customers can also find a list of open tickets with full details for each of them. 8

9 9 Call History Allow your customers to find all their inbound and outbound traffic routed to and from their Telephone System thanks to the simple search facility. Your Call recording subscribers can also download and listen to calls by clicking on the download icon and can bulk download call recordings simply and easily at the touch of a button Reporting Dashboard By clicking on the highlighted link, your customers can access their Call Reporting Dashboard. This gives them access to an array of different styles of reporting on their call activity in order to improve the way they communicate and to monitor staff performance. 9

10 Web- based Wallboards Your web- based wallboard is fully customizable and allows your customers to monitor their call activity in real- time by giving them access to all of their outgoing/incoming calls, displaying the total number of answered calls vs. abandoned, their average answer time, number of callers waiting in the queue, their Service Level or otherwise referred to as Grade of Service and much more. Wallboard Manager You can manage your customers Wallboards by customising them, editing their existing or deleting the one they no longer require. To do so, you simply click on the highlighted links. You can create multiple Wallboards to suit your customers business needs. 10

12 From the Reseller Control Panel, you can Manage your Orders by placing new orders, follow up on pending ones and access completed ones. Here is how to place a new order step by step. After clicking on the tab Orders New Service Provide, follow these simple steps: 1. Select the new service you would like to order (e.g. Hosted Phone System Site ) 2. Enter your Customers installation Address 3. Specify the required connectivity options (e.g. No BT Line required, Line No. not yet known) 4. An order summary is available throughout each step of the creation of your new order. 12
