2 Port of Moerdijk The Port of Moerdijk and industrial complex is strategically located on the Hollandsch Diep between the international ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp, in the Rhine Scheldt Delta. Moerdijk DC1 has two units available of approximately 5,200m2 each with mezzanine and office space. Moerdijk DC2 is one large distribution facility of 14,400m2 with mezzanine and two main offices. Both warehouses have a clear height of 10.8m and offer 6 loading docks per unit in Moerdijk DC1 and a total of 18 loading docks in Moerdijk DC2, with electrically operated doors and levelers and are in compliance with all modern standards.
