The Buyer shall agree to make a joint request for the delivery of the complex to be treated as a delivery liable to turnover tax (21%), with the result that turnover tax is due on account of the delivery of the complex. 18

20 DC TRANSACTION elmond STRUCTURE & PROPOSAL JLL is exclusively retained by vendor to market the subject property. Only by JLL and vendor selected parties will receive the underlying Investment Memorandum. The property will be sold and transferred "as is and where is" to the Buyer and will be accepted "as is and where is" by the Buyer in the legal, environmental and technical condition that the property is in on the date of transfer with all visible and invisible defects and with the actual use. At its sole discretion vendor will decide when he will start negotiations and with which party. Vendor reserves the right to change the sales process at any time.
