1 52 nd BSA International Rally, 8th 15 th August 2015, Vejen, Denmark More information will be found at The Danish BSAOC offers a rally at the town of Vejen on the Jutland peninsula. Vejen is a village placed in the southern part of mainland Jutland between Esbjerg on the West Coast and Kolding on the East Coast. With only 50 km to either Esbjerg at the rough North Sea or Fredericia at the mild East Coast there are plenty of opportunities for taking a ride out on your bike. Close to the centre buildings a football field has been adapted as a campsite for tents and campers. In the same area there is a Hostel which has 16 rooms each with 4 beds and private bathrooms, as well as a number of more luxury cabins for up to 6 people are available. 3 smaller cabins for 2 people are also available. 5 minutes walk from the campsite, the Hostel has 20 double bedrooms of hotel standard. The Sports Centre offers toilet and shower facilities for those camping in the field, as well as rooms for evening entertainment and Diner & Dance. The restaurant offers breakfast and evening meals. Breakfast has to be ordered in advance on the booking form, evening meals a day in advance at the center. use of the indoor swimming pool and exercise center at opening hours specified in the programme. Mark your size in the booking form. You pay a daily fee for your tent / camper and pay extra for each person who sleeps in it. Toilets and showers are available at the camp site. Breakfast can be pre-booked with the Rally booking. Children are classed as being under 14 years old at the time of the rally.

5 BSA Owners Club International Rally Rules Each participant declares to be aware of these rules; 1. The Rally shall be known as: "The BSA Owners Club International Rally 2015". 2. The Rally shall be open to all members (and their families) of the BSA clubs as recognised by them in their members-lists. 3. All participants will be expected to attend with a BSA motorcycle as defined by the BSA OC (UK) in the BSA OC (UK) Members Handbook. 4. Any person wishing to attend without a BSA motorcycle may do so only if they have permission from the organising committee. Such permission shall only be given when the committee feels that there are extenuating circumstances. 5. Any non-bsa motorcycles that are at the Rally subject to rule 4 must be kept in a designated area whilst on the Rally site and must not participate in any official run out or line up. 6. Any other vehicles, including trailers, brought on to the Rally site must be stored so that they do not interfere with any camping or other site activities. 7. All participants will behave in a reasonable manner and will comply with all reasonable requests to moderate behaviour or to comply with any Health and Safety requirement. 8. Any rules or Health and Safety requirements set out by the campsite will be considered rules of the Rally. 9. Attendance is by pre-booking only. Attendance by members arriving without prebooking will be subject to availability, after all pre-booked members have been considered, will be subject to a surcharge of 10%. 10. The signing of the booking form is considered as acceptance of these rules. 11. The Rally Committee reserve the right to refuse admission and to deal with misbehaviour as they see fit and will enforce these rules according to their interpretation of them.
