2 The American Heart Association (AHA) respectfully requests your support of our Strive to Revive: Overcoming Challenges of In-Hospital Resuscitation Regional Workshops. There will be five workshops throughout the northeast beginning in April through October Exhibitor opportunities are available at all locations. This program is designed to provide hospital-based resuscitation professionals with knowledge of the most recent resuscitation research and how this information can be used in their facility; expand understanding of the AHA Get With The Guidelines- Resuscitation achievement measures; provide an understanding of The Joint Commission s Standards of Care for in-hospital resuscitation; improve hospital code team processes; understand the AHA recommendations for the use of mechanical vs. manual CPR methods; and determine if and how their facility can integrate therapeutic hypothermia into resuscitation protocols. The following pages contain the locations, dates, agenda, speakers and a commitment form for the 5 Strive to Revive: Overcoming Challenges of In-Hospital Resuscitation Regional Workshops located New York (Manhattan and Rochester), Massachusetts, New Hampshire and New Jersey.
