Cambridge Avenue Phoenix, AZ For directions and parking information, please see the Web site COURSE OBJECTIVES Lecture section As a result of attending this conference, participants should be able to: define sports-related concussion list the most common symptoms of sports-related concussion determine who needs imaging and what imaging is appropriate develop a standardized approach to on-field management to inoffice treatment of sports-related concussion in youth athletes based on current available evidence list and define Arizona concussion policies and laws as they pertain to medical providers PROGRAM CREDITS Continuing Medical Education Credit is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide Continuing Medical Education for physicians. designates this educational activity for a maximum of 4.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Physical Therapy Continuing Education This course has been approved by the AzPTA for CEU or 4.25 contact hours of continuing competence credit ( ) continuing competence contact hours. AzPTA approved courses are Category A courses pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code R Arizona licensed physical therapists are urged to review this section of the Code prior to committing to this or any course to meet their continuing competence requirements.
