2 About Rayburn Countr y Golf The Golf Club at Rayburn Countr y consists of 18 holes of golf nestled into the whistling pines and carved into the hills of Brookeland, Texas. With over 150 feet of elevation, the golf course of fers dramatic views and a refreshing experience! Opened in 2010, our newly redesigned and renovated 18 holes of golf by architects Randy Russell and Bill Hanna offers an exciting test of golf for all skill levels equipped with four sets of tees, creative yet small bunkers, and fascinating green complexes. This new diamond in the rough has been classically preserved for modern day fun! The practice facility has been entirely renovated to include a spacious driving range tee with optional hitting mats, a chipping green with a bunker and a large putting green to kee p your game sharp. 3 Membership Classifications A Summary of the membership classifications, benefits, and fees are listed below. All Membership categories include primary member s spouse and children that are under the age of 23 and living at home. All Memberships include charging privileges and monthly billing. All Memberships are subject to a $20 Food/Beverage Minimum monthly charge. Rayburn Country offers five (5) types of memberships available for you: Presidential, Congressional, PDP, Social and Corporate. Our Presidential is an Unlimited Membership which includes full access to golf, six days a week with no restrictions, no green fee or access fee and have reciprocal privileges at *Crown Colony Country Club in Lufkin, TX. This is a 12 month membership which will automatically convert into a month to month option. Our Congressional is a Limited Membership which includes full access to golf Tuesday thru Friday anytime and on Saturday and Sunday after 11:00am. This is a 12 month membership which will automatically convert into a month to month option. Our Social is available for those wanting to participate in Club events and activities as well as an unlimited Range Plan for those who are new to golf and wanting to get a feel for the game. 5 Polic y and Procedures Monthly Food Minimum: All Members will have a monthly Club food and beverage purchase minimum of $20 per month. There is no carry over so please take advantage of this monthly charge through our Restaurant and Bar. Monthly charge must be made to the member account along with the member s signature. Tee Time Policy: All Members may make tee times ten (10) days in advance and public tee times can be made seven (7) days in advance. The Golf Shop must be notified of all cancellations at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled starting time. Proper notice gives us the ability to accommodate other members who wish to play. Failure to notify the Golf shop will result in a $20 cancellation fee charged to the reserving member. Check-in Procedures: Members and guests will first check into the Golf Shop for proper check -in, teetimes and receipts to enter the golf course. Member Guest Days & Rates: All current members will be able to bring a guest or guests out on the posted Guest Days at a discounted price. Please check with the Golf Shop for these upcoming dates. Dress Code: Rayburn Country requires proper golf attire to be worn at all times including soft spikes only. Shirts with collars and sleeves must be worn. If you do not have a collared shirt, please see our Golf Shop. Rayburn carries a nice selection of both men and women golf attire. Denim is allowed, however T -Shirts, tank tops, cut -off shorts and swim attire are not permitted. Reciprocal Privileges: All Presidential Memberships include reciprocal playing privileges with Crown Colony Country Club in Lufkin. Tee times must be made through Rayburn Country Golf Shop at least two days in advance. An Access Fee of $35 is required per round of golf and limited to one round per week. Your guest rate is $65.
