Today, we continue to partner our Private Education Institutes and Corporate Training Providers to meet their business objectives by: Reaching out to their target audiences through our strong and diverse database of working professionals and graduating students; Measuring their investments of quality leads through our data-driven digital efforts; and Strengthening their brand equity through additional exposure on our various offerings. To align with the government s efforts to encourage lifelong learning for individuals and corporations, CareerBuilder Singapore recognizes the need to sustain and affirm this vision. To support this learning spirit and further attribute the works and values of our valuable higher education and training partners, we are launching the inaugural Training & Education Development (T.E.D) Awards in THE JOBSCENTRAL LEARNING TRAINING & EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT (T.E.D) AWARD The JobsCentral Learning T.E.D Award is a first of its kind, specially designed to recognize private education institute and corporate training providers for their outstanding performance in learning services delivered to their clients/students. This includes, among many factors: best practices, commitment, consistent high quality of lecturers and trainers, innovative and fresh teaching content/ material. 1

3 WHY SHOULD YOU PARTICIPATE? Winning the JobsCentral Learning T.E.D Award would credit your organization as a leader in your fields of education, training and skills development. Winning the JobsCentral T.E.D Award will also help your organization to: Further extend its outreach to a greater audience island-wide, and increase awareness to new and potential clients/students; Gain greater recognition and endorsement for the implementation of quality training practices; and Become a highly desirable institution or organization for potential learners. In addition, each winning organization will receive a package s worth of branding and publicity entitlements. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE? Eligibility Criteria: All Private Education Institutions (PEIs) and Corporate Training organizations that are based in Singapore For any nomination(s) for the chosen award category or categories made by the Private Education Institutions or Corporate Training organizations, it must currently offer relevant course(s) to be considered eligible for entry 2

4 AWARDS CATEGORIES AND JUDGING CRITERIA CareerBuilder Singapore will present the Best Private Education Institution Award or Best Training Provider in each of the award categories (listed below). Aside from this, an Honourable Mention will also be given per category. Each participating organization has the capacity to win, or receive an Honourable Mention, for up to 3 award categories. You should nominate your organization carefully for the appropriate course categories. 5 JUDGING PROCESS Qualified nominees will participate in an online voting campaign, which is administered by members of the public through the JobsCentral Learning T.E.D Award website. Only votes from unique persons will be considered qualified. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS AND RESULTS All JobsCentral Learning T.E.D Awards winners will be personally congratulated and notified of the win before the official announcement publicly. An invitation to attend the Awards Presentation will also be extended to the winners. Any late submissions will NOT be entertained or considered. HOW TO PARTICIPATE? 1. Nominations must be submitted by filling up a booking form. 2. 11 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The entrants agrees that the JobsCentral Learning T.E.D Awards team have the right to merge categories or dissolve any categories should it be deemed necessary. 2. Any specific information or content intended for judging purposes only must be clearly indicated in red text. Any of these red text will not be used for any additional articles, and/or be disseminated beyond the judging panel in any way. 3. The entrants grants CareerBuilder Singapore permission to show material from the entries (that which is not indicated as confidential) at the awards presentation or on the JobsCentral Learning portal or social media platforms at any time as deemed appropriate. 4. The judges decisions are final and online voting will also be subject to audit should there be a need. 5. The entrants shall not request for CareerBuilder Singapore s Content team to write any submissions for this awards even with a nominal charge.
