For packages that offer afternoon breaks you may choose Healthy OR Sweet and Salty. 8 Policies Event Guarantee A final head count is due by noon three (3) business days prior to the event. If no guarantee is submitted the highest estimated number of attendees will be the guarantee. All food and beverage is subject to sales tax and service charge. Club Attire In order to maintain the elegant atmosphere of The Club, we respectfully ask the host to communicate the dress code to all guests. NO SHORTS, JEANS, or TENNIS SHOES. Cancellation Policy In the event the Member/Client cancels the Function for any reason, the Club will retain the nonrefundable deposit. In addition, the Club will be entitled to a cancellation fee as follows: Less than 90 days prior to the event - 50% of the estimated cost of the function Less than 60 days prior to the event - 75% of the estimated cost of the function Less than 30 days prior to the event - 100% of the estimated cost of the function General Information Prices shown on Menu, Beverage and Package offerings do not reflect 7.75% NC Sales Tax and 20% Service Charges. Additional service charges are neither required nor encouraged for service personnel. All listed pricing is structured based on market conditions and is subject to change. Prices for scheduled events are considered concrete within 60 days of the event date with a signed agreement and/or contract. The Club must provide all food and beverages with the exception of special occasion cakes. *Special occasion cakes may be ordered from a preferred vendor for a cost of $5.15 per person, if ordered from a non-preferred vendor a $1.75 per person cake cutting fee will be applied. The Cardinal Club reserves the right to change room assignments based upon changes to the projected number of attendees from the original estimates. The Club is not responsible for the loss, due to any reason, of any merchandise or articles brought into the Club or any items left unattended. The Club is not responsible for overnight storage of any items. The Club will add to the function charges any damages to Club property caused by guests or persons contracted by the event host. Due to NC Health Department regulations and the risk of food borne illness, the Club is not responsible for any food purchased for events that are taken off of the Club s property. If you choose to package any leftover food items, you will do so at your own risk whereby the Club has no liability.

9 Policies Deposits, Guarantees, and Cancellation Policies Deposits and signed contracts are required for private events of 25 guests or more. The non-refundable deposit secures the appropriated room(s) within the Club and is applied towards the final balance of the event. The remaining deposit due dates are outlined within the contract. Should an event be less than 25 guests, a signed proposal/function sheet is required. All events in the month of December require a non-refundable deposit to confirm the reservation. Cancellation of the event by the client forfeits the deposit. A guaranteed number of guests (final count) is required 72 business hours prior to the date of the event. For events with 100 or more guests, a guaranteed number is due 7 days prior to the date of the event. The guarantee provided by the host will be utilized for billing purposes and set-up unless the number increases. Whichever is greater will take precedence. Final billing will be based on the guarantee provided by the host or the actual number of attendees, whichever is greater. Cancellations are subject to cancellation charges per the Member/Non-Member confirmation and/or contract agreements. Food & Beverage Minimum Minimum food and beverage requirements will be assessed for all private events scheduled at the Club. These minimums must be met in order to waive the room fee for Members. Non-Members must pay a room fee in addition to meeting the food and beverage minimums specified below. Breakfast: $10.00 per person Lunch: $15.00 per person Dinner: $25.00 per person

Once on South Saunders, bear right when the road splits into McDowell Street and follow McDowell Street to South Street. Turn RIGHT on South Street and proceed two blocks and turn LEFT onto Wilmington Street. Stay in the left lane on Wilmington Street and prepare to turn LEFT after crossing Hargett Street. The Alexander Parking Deck is on the LEFT. Take the parking deck elevator to the 1st floor. Walk across Fayetteville Street Mall to the Wells Fargo building. Cardinal Club is on the 28th floor. Please use the second set of elevators. From RDU Airport or North of Raleigh Traveling on US Hwy 70 Travel east on Hwy 70 until crossing under the Beltline (Interstate I-440). Hwy 70 becomes Glenwood Avenue. Stay on Glenwood Avenue until reaching Hillsborough Street. Turn LEFT onto Hillsborough Street and go a few blocks until Hillsborough Street ends onto Salisbury Street. Take a right onto Salisbury Street and travel 2 ¼ blocks to Martin Street. Turn LEFT onto Martin Street and stay in the left lane. After two blocks, turn LEFT onto Wilmington Street.
