2 PAN AMERICAN 11TH FLOOR CATERING GUIDELINES Welcome to Sodexo Catering Services at the Pan American Conference Center in New Orleans. We understand the events you plan are important to you and the important role service and refreshments play in the success of your event. Our staff is here to help you succeed. On the following pages are listed the items most often requested by our guests, but we can customize your order to fit any occasion. Please let a staff member know what you would like and our staff will be happy to work with you. Please note that Sodexo Catering Services is the sole provider of catering to events in the Pan American Conference Center and no outside catering is allowed. Guarantees A guaranteed guest count for catering must be given 5 business days prior to the function. Guarantees are not subject to reduction. Pricing Prices listed in this guide are for catering served within the Pan American Conference Center. Events held outside of the building may require additional time and expense to serve and therefore may be subject to greater costs. All catering prices are subject to 11% sales tax and a 20% service charge. Menu updated November 2014
