11 Ron Murphy Managing Director Ron has worked in the construction industry since He is a specialist in contract negotiations and has been responsible for the successful completion of major Sydney based projects, including multi-storey commercial and residential, hotels, new and refurbished shopping centres and airport terminals. During the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, Ron was directly responsible for the establishment and delivery of the Procurement and Logistics Services.
12 Matthew Gralton Director Matthew specialises in the delivery phase of a project and has worked on several landmark projects in Sydney s CBD. Drawing on his construction background as well as his practical knowledge of the design process, he understands his clients needs and the importance of meticulous attention to cost planning, value engineering and design management. Matthew meets his clients expectations through persistence and a no nonsense approach.
13 Todd Murphy Director Todd is a Project Manager with experience in retail, commercial, residential and urban design projects. His training in architecture and urban design has given him the skills that enable him to manage strategic planning issues and achieve quality built outcomes. Todd understands the process of effective Government liaison and coordination at State and local levels. He is a specialist in appointing and managing consultants, implementing delivery strategies, negotiating planning instrument provisions and presenting to stakeholder and community groups.

22 Recent Projects 259 George Street Sydney Iconic CBD building undergoing a major refurbishment programme comprising 22,000m 2 of commercial offices and a 5,000m 2 retail and food court podium. Cadence Australia has been appointed by Colonial First State Property to provide a comprehensive range of project management services, from concept design through to design development, construction and handover. The project involves extensive demolition and structural works to the podium levels to accommodate the new retail and food court areas. The building is to remain partially tenanted during the refurbishment process resulting in a range of complex staging and programming requirements for the project. Cadence Australia is working closely with Colonial First State Property, the building manager and tenants to deliver a positive outcome for all stakeholders. (1) Prince Henry at Little Bay Little Bay This landmark site is located 14km south-east of Sydney s GPO, on the eastern side of Anzac Parade. It forms part of the site known as Prince Henry (The Coast Hospital), including The Coast 18-hole Golf Club and the now redundant hospital. Cadence Australia has been appointed Project Manager for the redevelopment. We are collaborating closely with Landcom to achieve a unique urban renewal of this significant estate. The project involves redeveloping 32 hectares of the total site area of 85 hectares. This will include building 900 residences, including retail/commercial facilities, accommodation for existing community groups, aged care facilities and a medical centre. The total site is heritage-listed with 18 buildings to be retained and restored. (2) Initial works for the project involve extensive demolition and remediation works as well as complex Authority approvals, including 16 Development Applications. Cooks Cove Arncliffe The Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority is acting for the State Government to manage the Cooks Cove development. Cadence Australia has been appointed project development manager for the SHFA. The project involves relocating the existing Kogarah Golf Club to make available land for a 22-hectare trade and technology development. Cadence Australia has been involved in the approved Master Plan and REP preparation through to detailed environmental, planning, feasibility, stakeholder management and landowner negotiations. The project includes the consolidation of 100 hectares of State Government, local Council and privately owned land. This includes producing complex development and delivery agreements. Several community benefits flow from this project, include the construction of foreshore walkways, new and accessible public parks, the removal of contamination liabilities, security of land tenure for the golf club, creating new local sporting facilities and the ongoing management of the site s wetland environment. (3) Silkwood Surry Hills Located in Surry Hills on the fringe of Sydney s CBD, this site has been developed as a joint venture by the NSW Teachers Federation and Teachers Federation Health. (4) The project includes the construction of 48 apartments, commercial office space on the ground and first floors, a 400 seat auditorium and lounge facility and 3 levels of basement carparking. The project also includes the refurbishment of the faćade and roof of the existing, adjoining Teachers Federation Building. The new building has a stand-out architectural quality and is an integral part of the upgrade of the Surry Hills area.

(16) 1 Innovation Road North Ryde Managing design and construction contract for new commercial office building. 60 Margaret Street Sydney Refurbishment of the commercial lift lobby and design management for the refurbishment of the tower floors. 83 Clarence Street Sydney Design option analysis to upgrade 22 level commercial tower. 83 Clarence Street, Sydney Refurbishment of 22 level commercial tower and lobby upgrade 101 George Street, Parramatta Represented Colonial First State Property in negotiations for a $45m refurbishment of the Western Sydney Office Tower (13 levels). 141 Walker Street North Sydney Refurbishment of commercial lobby and ground floor retail. Demolition, Hazardous Materials, Site Remediation and Archaeological Management Grosvenor Place Heritage Facadé Management of the facadé restoration, authorities approval process, design and delivery of the Royal Naval House and Federation Hall facadé restoration. Marrickville Railway Station Management services for Rail Infrastructure Corporation for the demolition of existing multi-storey car park above operating rail lines. Parramatta and Chatswood Rail Station Demolition, remediation and archaeological management for Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation of buildings and structures at both Parramatta and Chatswood Rail Station in preparation for major rail upgrade works. Parramatta Transport Interchange Demolition, excavation, remediation and archaeological management of 22 buildings adjacent to Parramatta Rail station for Parramatta Rail Link. Prince Henry at Little Bay Hazardous material removal, demolition, remediation and archaeological management of 62 buildings located on the Prince Henry Hospital site, as part of wider project management services. (7,18) Smith Street, Parramatta Demolition, excavation, remediation and archaeological management for Sydney Water of 9 low and medium rise shops and offices in Parramatta in preparation for new Sydney Water Headquarters George Street Parramatta Demolition, excavation, remediation and archaeological management of a former RTA office complex for Landcom. Retail Bankstown Square Design and construction of the Stage 2 extension of the shopping centre and the refurbishment of the selected tenancies. Casuarina Square Darwin Master planning of the expansion of existing 35,000sqm to 45,500sqm. Chatswood Chase Refurbishment and extensions to the shopping centre, including major demolition works and significant staging of construction whist maintaining retail trading. Clifford Gardens Toowoomba Overall design and documentation of new $20m east mall extension to existing regional shopping centre. Crossroads Homemaker Centre Design and construction of one of the largest bulkygoods retail centres in Australia. (6) Greensborough Plaza Melbourne Detailed design and documentation for this $110m mall extension to this existing community shopping centre of 31,000sqm expanding to 54,000sqm. Lismore Square Design and construction of a 19,500sqm shopping centre, comprising Kmart, Coles and 19 specialty retail outlets. Metcentre Management of the refurbishment of this retail and commercial facility whilst trading continued throughout. (13,14,) Sydney Central Plaza Redevelopment of the former Grace Bros, including major demolition works and significant staging of construction whilst maintaining retail trading. Warringah Mall Design and construction of a 12,000sqm retail facility for the Hammerson Group.
25 Residential ARC 67 unit development at Victoria Park Zetland. (12) Cammeray Townhouses Managment of the delivery of 20 townhouses including an underground car park. Coomera Waters Queensland Commissioned by Austcorp to manage the design and delivery of 13 waterfront luxury houses within the Coomera Development. Cremorne Court Design and construction of 17 apartments and ground floor retail space. (20) Elizabeth Macarthur Bay Design competition followed by sale process to Council. (8,17) Motto Design and construction of 157 units and townhouses at Erskineville. (5) Silkwood Mixed-use development in Surry Hills including residential, commercial and retail space and an auditorium. (4) 185 Macquarie Street Commissioned by Tower Holdings to manage the delivery of this mixed use development, including 42 luxury apartments and street level retail. (9) Infrastructure and Master Planning Boral Masterplanning, procurement and project management for quarrying activities at Prospect Quarry and the creation of a mix of residential and light industrial precincts. Caddens Release Area Planning for 670 hectares of residential development for Landcom, including consultant and stakeholder management. East Darling Harbour Preparation of project concept for NSW Government, formulation and management of design competition, assistance in creating planning framework and creation of the delivery strategy for Sydney s largest CBD waterfront development for the first half of the 21st Century. Edmondson Park Management for Landcom of the strategic planning and delivery of infrastructure services for this residential and town centre development in Sydney s south-west growth corridor. North Eveleigh Rail Yards Exploration of future use options for Redfern Waterloo Authority and assistance in the cross agency coordination of infrastructure delivery. Penrith Lakes Development Masterplanning, procurement and project management of the extraction, rehabilitation and associated works necessary to create a series of lakes, open parkland and urban lands for PLDC. Facilities Management Crossroads Homemaker Centre Manager of one of the largest bulky goods retail centres in Australia. (6) Icebergs Dining Room and Bar.
