Independent, informed advice is required to establish the right budget, select an appropriate procurement route and then to rigorously control costs through delivery. Building Surveying When making decisions relating to property investment, development or maintenance, comprehensive and accurate supporting information is essential. RLF s team of building surveyors operate across the UK and provide a broad range of investigative and advisory services to property owners, occupiers, investors and developers. These services include advice on party walls and other neighbourly matters, dilapidations, turnkey delivery, planned maintenance, surveys and due diligence. Capital Allowances & Property Taxation Making the most of available capital allowances and property tax relief can make a significant contribution to cost savings on both construction projects and property portfolios. Our capital allowances and property tax team, employ surveyors and specialists who apply their broad understanding of both property and financial matters to advise on the best way to maximise your allowances and tax relief.
