4 CONTRACT Fully maintained and operated mobile crushing circuits with front end loaders. Belminco can provide crushing circuits for any application based on your project specific requirements. Totally mobile, 3 stage crushing and screening plants, circuits established to meet your capacity requirements, fully maintained and operated, including front end loaders.

5 Belminco provides total crushing solutions that incorporate all operational aspects including supervision, materials handling, maintenance and servicing. We take care of everything from crusher feed to product stockpiling. All you need to do is provide the feed material and a stockpile area. Reliability and productivity are ensured through the use of well maintained modern equipment with low hours. Belminco operates to the highest safety standards, with the use of established Safe work procedures, isolation procedures and audit systems. Belminco ensures that all company and site specific safety standards are incorporated into our safe work practices. 6 Our mobile crushing plant has all modules on wheel mounted trailers and is equipped with a central dust scrubber. All units are powered by diesel engine driven hydraulic motors. Our equipment is versatile and can be established in several configurations to include the following equipment: Primary crusher module with feed bin, grizzly feeder and 42 x 32 double toggle jaw crusher with rated capacity of up to 325tph; Secondary crusher with 5 x 12 screen and 4 1 / 4 cone crusher; Tertiary crusher complete with 5 x 12 screen and 4 1 / 4 cone crusher; Double deck 18 x 6 screening unit; Stockpile conveyors.
