5 2. Pierson Auditorium Construction Progress

6 3. Pierson Auditorium Construction Progress The electrical roughing in the Auditorium is approximately 90% complete. Installation of the mechanical duct is approximately 80% complete. The sprinkler system is approximately 60% complete and the ongoing carpentry is approximately 60%. The Auditorium seats have an expected delivery date of the week of October 3. (4 Weeks Behind)

8 5. Pierson Courtyard Addition Construction Progress The Courtyard Addition is complete with footings, foundation wall, plumbing underground, new penetrations opened and slab poured. Block walls to start the week of August 15. (4 Weeks Behind)

10 7. Pierson Technology Room Construction Progress The Technology Area Construction is complete with masonry walls. The Electrician is approximately 80% complete with roughing and fixture installation. Mechanical duct is approximately 70% complete. The painting of the wall will start the week of August 15. (On Schedule)

12 9. Pierson Cafeteria Upgrade Progress All Plumbing undergrounds are complete. The GC has completed drywall and painting. Tile installation and kitchen equipment delivery to start August 16.

These classroom will start to be handed over to the District August 12. Contractors will be back-charged if classrooms have to be recleaned due to their negligence.

16 13. Pierson Grounds/Site Work Progress Site work has commence at both the Pierson Plaza and Bus and Jermain Lots. The Plaza work is substantially complete with the exception of railings in fabrication. Bus Lot to be paved Wednesday, August 17. Jermain Lot commenced August 10.

18 15. SHES Storage Room Addition Progress The Sag Harbor Elementary School storage room addition is 90% complete. The installation of the doors and site restoration will be done the week of August 22.

20 17. SHES Vestibule Addition Progress The General Contractor has commenced with the Vestibule overhang. Completion of the Vestibule is scheduled for the week of August 22.

22 19. SHES Mechanical Upgrades Progress The (8) mechanical units have been installed in the gymnasium. Piping to these units are ongoing and scheduled for completion the week of August 22.

24 21. SHES Window Replacement Progress The Window Contractor has ordered the windows. The plant will advise of schedule site delivery date. All installations will take place after school hours.

26 23. SHES Grounds/Site Work Progress The Site Contractor will commence with the demo of the parking lot on August 18 and installation of site drainage August 22 with compaction and paving to start shortly thereafter.

27 24. Conclusion Ø The ongoing construction continues to progress well. The focus for the next two weeks is to turn over all student occupied areas, walkways and parking lots. The Auditorium seating has an anticipated delivery date of the week of October 3. The Courtyard addition is looking to be substantially complete the week of September 26. Ø The storm on Wednesday, August 10 caused some minor damage from water runoff on the Middle School roof and courtyard site. All areas have been fully restored. The Middle School roofs water dispercement process should be reviewed to eliminate the potential for a repeat occurance.
