Long term parking in specified parking areas in Hinterzarten from Friday to Sunday. INFRASTRUCTURE Event centre Kurhaus Hinterzarten, Freiburger Straße, Hinterzarten The event centre is open at the following times: Friday, 01/05/2015 7:00 10:00pm Saturday, 02/05/2015 6:00 9:00pm An onsite competition office will be located in the event arena at each event and will be open at the following times: two hours before the first start, until courses close. 4

5 Catering Accommodation Tourism Public Accommodation Transport Parking / transport On Saturday and Sunday catering will be available at the event arena. Please indicate your requirement for breakfasts and dinners (no changes possible) when entering and before closing of entries on 21 April 2015 at: Payment is at place. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday Pasta-Party on Friday evening Public restaurant service at the dinner event on Saturday evening (Menu will be available from March on Breakfast, dinner and Pasta Party each will take place in Kurhaus Hinterzarten. In the central location Hinterzarten: Sports hall of the Primary and High School Hinterzarten-Breitnau, Rathausstraße 10, Hinterzarten 4,- per person, per night (book at when entering) Cooking is not allowed inside the sports hall. You are asked for responsible and tidy behaviour in the accommodation. All competitions are easily accessible by public transport. Directions for bus/car travellers will be on from February on. The organisers are trying to keep individual transport to the competition venues to a minimum. As parking at all venues is council managed and patrolled, we ask you to park in the public carparks in Freiburg and in the designated areas in Hinterzarten set aside for competitors (Directions from parking officials should be followed at all times). A parking ticket will be available before the events on to download. You will need to print it and display it in your vehicle if you wish to park in the designated free parking areas in Hinterzarten from Friday until Sunday. You will need to pay to park in any other area. On Saturday 2 May (day 2), public transport between Hinterzarten and Titisee by train has been organised (chest number = train ticket). All other events are easily accessible on foot (directions on the homepage and in the final instructions. 5

Sufficient insurance is the responsibility of individual participants. The organisers, host federation, forest owners, landholders and public authorities are not responsible for any damages that exceed insurance limits. When registering, every entrant agrees to the publication of their entry data, results and possibly pictures in the media, in the start/results lists and on the internet. 6
