The Cyprus Tourism Organization supports and sponsors the event every year.

6 GENERAL INFORMATION The tournament has the approval of the CYPRUS FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION and has been recognized & honored as the biggest youth soccer activity in Cyprus by UEFA. Teams from Cyprus, and other countries such as Greece, United Kingdom, Finland, Norway, Russia, Israel and various other countries are expected to enter the tournament. Teams from Cyprus are usually of a very high standard, professionally run and come from the biggest professional football clubs of Cyprus. Last year the event hosted a total number of 144 teams in 8 different age categories. Ayia Napa as a tourist resort meets all the requirements and expectations of its visitors and overseas teams can have the option if they have the time to arrange through the organizers any other activities of their wish. Ayia Napa apart from the luxurious hotels with all facilities needed, has magnificent beaches, a Luna Park, a Water Park, bowling, tennis & mini football facilities a lot of shopping and night entertainment options that promise everybody an unforgettable experience. SPORT FACILITIES ASSOCIATES AYIA NAPA MUNICIPALITY SPORTS CENTRE Ayia Napa's warm sunshine and year round temperate climate - the best in Cyprus - combined with its excellent sports infrastructure with football grounds, provides the essential basic ingredients for one of the most successful sports training locations in the Mediterranean. Already a popular European tourist destination for many years now, Ayia Napa is continually recognized as a viable training centre for sports teams, especially during the mild winter months of November through April when the natural greenery of Cyprus is at its very best. During this period, hundreds of European soccer teams from Scandinavia, Russia, Germany, Switzerland, Ukraine, etc. regularly utilize the sixteen fully equipped playing fields with changing rooms and modern facilities in Ayia Napa. Our tournament considers every detail as an important element of an entire package offered in association with local hotels situated very close to the sports facilities. The package includes high standard full board accommodation, team & individual assistance, transportation and any other specific team requirements. As a tempting incentive to coincide with all of the above, our hotel accommodation package can include free usage of all hotel facilities. All sports grounds in Ayia Napa are the property of the Ayia Napa Municipality. AENEAS HOTEL SPORTS CENTRE Five Star Aeneas Hotel has got one of the best soccer field centers in the whole of Cyprus with three fully equipped, fenced around and in excellent condition soccer fields. The sports centre usually attracts a lot of professional and international soccer clubs which visit Ayia Napa and Aeneas Hotel for their pre season training and preparation.

7 PROGRAM OF EVENTS The Tournament organizers will operate on the basis of first come first served as far as participations and accommodation is concerned. They will also try to operate on the basis as described in this brochure but will retain the right to change the program in line with outside influences such as inclement weather, late changes to fixtures or for any other reason. The program of events can be extended before or after the tournament to meet the individual requirements of overseas teams. FRIDAY 26TH MARCH Teams arrive / Managers & Coaches night meeting and welcome party for foreign team representatives SATURDAY 27TH MARCH Morning welcome ceremony & team parade Tournament starts with group matches morning & afternoon SUNDAY 28TH MARCH Group qualifying matches continue in the morning Knock out games begin in the afternoon for teams qualified Night sightseeing of Ayia Napa MONDAY 29th MARCH Quarterfinal & semifinals games for teams qualified Morning or afternoon Afternoon visit to WaterworldWaterpark or Luna Park (depending on period) for fun, leisure & adventure Free night & shopping & entertainment options TUESDAY 30th MARCH Finals day Evening entertainment & ending ceremony WEDNESDAY 31ST MARCH Departure day IT CAN BE ARRANGED FOR OVERSEAS TEAMS TO EXTEND STAY IF THEY LIKE OR IF NEEDED. THE WHOLE PROGRAMME IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE IN ORDER TO MEET THE FOREIGN TEAM REQUIREMENTS.

8 TEAM PARTICIPATION & ACCOMMODATION COSTS With application & enrolment the fee of 200EURO is payable. Deadline for application & payment of the above amount is the 31ST January Participation & accommodation fees per person per day are included in our package price as follows: (500EURO DEPOSIT BY 15th February for ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION/ PART OF TOTAL COST) 60.00euro per person per night of accommodation in any of the following Aqua sol hotels Company Ltd. (Class A). All hotels are situated inside Ayia Napa tourist resort as well as in Protaras area 5 minutes distance by bus to the football fields and 10 minutes to the center of Ayia Napa. Callisto Holiday Village, Class A Electra Holiday Village, Class A Panas Holiday Village, Class A Panthea Holiday Village, Class A ( (4 Players per room / or otherwise depending on total number of players). For accommodation in double rooms there is an extra charge of per person per day, And for accommodation in single room there is an extra charge of per person per day.
