4 NOTE: This revision reflects changes in titles as a result of the implementation of the Classification/Compensation Study. It also reflects titles with lower ranges as a result of the Study. This schedule was adopted by the Board of Trustees at their October 20, 2015 meeting, effective October 21, It will be updated with approved range increases each fiscal year. This salary schedule applies to new hires, temporary employees, and recruitments. Existing employees in titles that are due range increases as a result of the Classification/Compensation study received a schedule of their range increase based upon the range advancement table, which may be higher than the range reflected on this schedule. Grandfathered titles - The district agrees not to y-rate incumbents in positions that were determined by the study to be above the median. This results in incumbents being grandfathered for their current positions. The District will adjust the classification to the new range for all new and vacant positions in these classifications beginning with new recruitments. Page 4
