2 Dear Applicant, We are pleased to announce that SSE will, as of 2015, be a part of the AIESEC community, and we want you to join us! Do you dream of becoming a leader? Apply to the AIESEC project team at SSE! This opportunity gives you a great opportunity to develop yourself and your leadership skills. You will be responsible for structuring, goal setting and implementation of goals that are set. You will host meetings, ensure talent capacity and operations in your team. As part of hte project team you will also work closely to the other project teams in Stockholm. This opportunity gives you great experience in Public Speaking and Leadership, as well as a practical experience within your area of interest. Being a part of the AIESEC team also enables for you to be a part of the organisational development of AIESEC at SSE. Being a part of the Executive Board, will give you the opportunity to help drive AIESEC at SSE forward. You will contribute and be a part of all decision making regarding the future of the organisation. Best of luck with your application!

3 Application Process To apply for the AIESEC project team SSE you need to submit an application consisting of the following documents: - CV - Cover Letter in english (maximum 300 words) Please place all documents into ONE pdf- document and send to icrelations@sasse.se. All documents should be sent to the above before March 23rd. Interiews will be held March 25th- 27th.

4 Local Committee President Description: The main objective for the LCP is to be an oversight for all teams and maintain goal tracking of team leaders with respect to what has yet to be accomplished. Help guide the local committee towards growth, achievement, and personal development in each member. Keeping the long- term in mind will help keep the perspective of how and what things contribute to this collective goal. Accountability: Having connections to other LCPs in the region as well as the regional chair. Also it is important to know and have contact with the national committee (MC) members. Skills/Knowledge/Competencies required: Have an understanding of how each team is run and what each team leaders responsibilities are. It is important to be able to work with various sorts of people. Responsibilities: Tracking all vice presidents and progress versus goal achievements. Skills/Knowledge/Competencies that will develop: People management instead of task management. Over the course of the term the LCP will develop a good sense of how to accomplish things as a team leader as well as create a pathway of sustainable growth so AIESEC at SSE will continue to thrive even after this term has finished.

5 Local Committee Vice President of Finance Responsible for the financial management and legalities at Local Committee (LC). Ensure the financial sustainability of LC by being consultant and evaluating the risks of the costs/investments. Financial Responsibilities: - Creation of the budget with Executive Board (EB) - Follow up of the budget with EB - Risk evaluation and analyse of alternative opportunities for cost and incomes - Financial updates to LC - Accounting - Reporting (quarterly & annually) - Financial Management (invoicing, following up on invoices) - Fundraising (grants, funds from university) - Financial sustainability Legal Responsibilities: - Make sure that compendiums are followed (Local, National and International) - Co Signer of the LC - Legal consultant - Contract Reviews

6 Local Committee Vice President of Talent Management Responsibilities: Member recruitment - Create a recruitment plan based on the needs of the organisation - Promotional activities - Selection process interviews and/or assessment center Leader recruitment - Plan for the succession of the current leaders - Both internal and external recruitment, depending on the organisation's needs Development of members - Hold induction training for new members - On- going education during the year - Implementation of reward system - Implementation of personal goal setting for members - Promotion of national and international AIESEC conferences to members Part of the Executive Board of AIESEC at SSE

7 Local Committee Vice President of Communications Responsibilities: Project management of internship- and membership promotion - Lead and organize the marketing campaigns - Develop marketing strategies and empower projects - Plan, track and review the projects - Put creativity in motion and make ideas reality - Be able to assist in any questions regarding internal communications (EXPA, Gmail domain) Online promotion - Be responsible for AIESEC SSE s social media channels - Spread information about AIESEC at SSE as an organization as well as the work we do trough web- based marketing - Develop AIESEC s involvement in viral media Offline promotion - Seek and evolve relations and collaboration with other organizations with a link to SSE and our students - Attend fairs and other student related events promoting AIESEC Team Management - Coordinate the communication team - Have weekly team meetings - Cooperate with the exchange team around promotion campaigns Part of the Executive Board of AIESEC at SSE
