2 Proceeds from the KidSport Fun & Fitness Corporate Challenge support KidSport children in Saskatchewan. FUN & FITNESS CORPORATE CHALLENGE KidSport believes that no kid should be left on the sidelines and all should be given the opportunity to experience the positive benefi ts of organized sports. KidSport - A Children s Charity KidSport is a Children s Charity dedicated to assisting children of families facing fi nancial obstacles to participate in community sport programs. The KidSport goal is to provide these children with the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of teamwork, dedication and responsibility through participation in sport. All kids should be given the opportunity to develop healthy lifestyles, no matter the fi nancial barriers that may exist. Staying physically active helps encourage children to maintain healthy habits throughout their whole lives. The challenges that come with playing sports also teach children valuable life lessons and skills including leadership, hard work, dedication and self-confi dence. KidSport believes the primary goal of sport is for all kids to play and have fun. Sport also provides children with the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of teamwork, dedication, responsibility and perseverance. 3 Saturday, May 23, 2015 Sasktel Soccer Centre About the KidSport Fun & Fitness Corporate Challenge Participants will enter teams of 8 participants (minimum 3 men and 3 women), and compete in eight exciting events that challenge the mind, body and sense of humour. Team are encouraged to fundraise on top of their team registration fee. Fundraising points will be added to the fi nal score at the end of the event. The event participants must be 19 years of age or older. Each participant will receive an event t-shirt and meals for the day (limits apply) The event will attract over 400 participants and volunteers. Various prizes will be awarded for station winners, top fundraising teams and teams with the best spirit. Each participant will receive complimentary gifts and prizes An excellent way for corporate/business team building and to create team camaraderie in the workplace. This is a great opportunity to have some fun with friends or co-workers while supporting a very worthy children s charity.
