7 Terms of Service Children 4 and under are free. Children 5 and over are full price. VA sales tax and meals tax of 9% will be assessed to your final invoice. Final Count is due 72 hours prior to your event This is a minimum number for which you will be billed. The count may increase but not decrease. BBQ Grill Attendant $ Staff charges are $25 per hour per staff member: Includes set-up, serve and break-down. Extra Staff hour $25.00 per person Disposable Table Covers: $4.00 and up each depending upon size and type. Linen Rentals: the average rental cost for real linens are $10 and up, per linen. Supply fee is 10% for disposable cutlery, plates, paper napkins, chaffers, sternos and serving utensils. Final Payment is due 48 hours prior to your event via VISA, MasterCard or Company or certified check. Cancellations due to weather must be received no later than one day before.
