3 All submissions must be completed by 5:00pm EDT on Friday, June 17, 2016 Submit no more than 2 submissions per speaker or exhibiting company. If more than 2 submissions are received, only the first two submissions will be put forward for the review process. 3

8 ATIA is offering Educational and BYOT sessions to be considered for a 90-minute slot. If you are interested, select Yes on the submission form. Is your session a panel? Please select Yes if you re structuring a panel for your Educational or BYOT session. 8

9 ATIA is offering a new option for poster presentations. If your Education Breakout Session or BYOT is not selected, we are offering speakers to present a poster in lieu of session. If you believe your session would be applicable to a global audience, select yes on your form. 9

10 Implementation / User Success Sessions Submit using a generic product description e.g. Speech Generating Devices (SGDs). Submit with a broad spectrum of products so there is not a single product focus. Submissions focusing on a single named product only will be rejected. Vendor Submissions* Only ATIA Members and ATIA 2017 Exhibitors may submit Vendor Educational sessions. Only ATIA 2017 Exhibitors may submit Vendor Product Demonstration sessions. AT Manufacturers or AT Service Providers who are NOT ATIA Members or ATIA Exhibitors may not submit. *Vendor Sessions must be identified as such for CEU purposes. Each exhibiting company will have the opportunity to present an educational session during the conference. Priority will be given to ATIA member exhibiting companies. 1-3 booths: 1 educational session and 1 Product Demonstration Center (PDC) session, based on availability 4 or more booths: 2 educational sessions and 1 Product Demonstration Center (PDC) session, based on availability Please select if any speaker in the session is an exhibitor. 10

11 Is Your Title Compelling? How to.. Start with a question Command Reason why This is your time to sell yourself! Why do people want to attend your session? What makes it stand out? Why is it so important to attend? What are the key issues that they will walk away understanding? 11

12 When you are ready to submit, go to At the end of the Call for Presentations portal, you have the option to Submit or Save and Edit. You may still make modifications to your abstract after submitting. Don t rush! 12
