We are glad to inform you that the 21 edition of AEON CUP will take place in Tokyo in October 2 nd 4 th "AEON CUP" is the competition which contributes to the development of the rhythmic gymnastics worldwide. 5 Participation all gymnasts must have valid FIG license. (1) Number of Official Participants for each team(official Members) Coach 1 Senior gymnast 2 (Born 1999 or older / 16 years old or higher as of December 31, 2015) Junior gymnast 1 (Born / Between years old as of December 31, 2015) All gymnasts with valid FIG licence Judge 1 (Cat.3 and more with current valid FIG brevet) TOTAL 5 Persons (2) Qualifications for Participation A) Invited Teams: The top five teams from the club competition of AEON CUP 2014 Worldwide R.G. Club Championships will be invited. Invited Teams; 1.GAZPROM (Russia) 2.DINAMO Minsk (Belarus) 3.Deriugina School (Ukraine) 4. Ocaq Sport Club (Azerbaijan) 5.Japan s top team from 2014 Aeon Cup B) All other participating teams(except the invited teams) C) Entries When there are too many entries. We will accept entries of as many countries as possible. In case when there are too many entries, the Organizing Committee will select and ensure the participation of countries form each continent. *Additional entry from the country which has a participating team as an invited team is not accepted. Rule and Regulations According to: Statutes Technical Regulations Code of Points and relevant Newsletters General Judges Rules Specific Judges Rules Doping Control Rules License rules (except for non competitive events) Media Rules Apparatus Norms FIG Rules for Sanctioning (approval) of International Events Advertising and Publicity Rules and subsequent decisions of the FIG Executive Committee Competition Format Tournament Format Competition. A) Club Competition [The total score of 3 gymnasts of the team; 2 senior gymnasts, 1 junior gymnast]

The drawing of lots will be conducted by the Organizing Committee in the presence of FIG officials and participating countries coaches. Judges The Jury of Judges will consist of Judges from each participating country, and neutral Judges invited by LOC. Difficulty(D):4 Judges Execution(E):4 or 5 Judges Every judge must be an international FIG judge with current valid FIG brevet (Cat.1-3). Judges Meeting Judges are required to attend the meeting as follows: Date:1 st October Place:GYM We will also explain how to operate the scoring machine. Orientation Meeting Coaches of delegations have to participate in the Orientation Meeting. Date:30 th September Place:HOTEL Apparatus Check All gymnasts have to have Apparatus Check for the apparatus they will be using in the competition. Date:1 st October Place:GYM MUSIC Gymnasts are requested to bring two (2) CD, because the audio player sometimes cannot read a CD. The Organizing Committee will provide stickers printed with names and apparatus symbols. The gymnasts are requested to put the stickers on exact CD, and then submit them to the person In

7 charge of Music. VIDEO All performances will be recorded using video. Insurance The Host Federation, the LOC and the FIG will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. The FIG Technical Regulations foresee that all participating Federations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation. The Organizing Committee will provide insurance for all participants. Doctor The Organizing Committee will provide a sport physician in the competition area. Documents to submit Participants have to submit the following documents at the time of arrival at the hotel. Passport (for copying) Air Ticket (for copying) 4 copies of Difficulty(D) form per gymnast (1 for each apparatus) Apparatus Supplier Senoh, AH0650 Entry / Registration Entries can only be made by FIG affiliated federations. The official application forms are to be filled out with necessary information and submitted by FAX, air mail, or . The forms should arrive at the Organizing Committee prior to the following deadline. (3 gymnasts, 1 coach and 1 judge for economy class). The organizing Committee will provide pick-up transportation from and to Narita Airport. In case of using other Airport, you have to

8 Hotel Meals come by yourself and pay the cost by yourself. The organizing Committee will cover accommodation fee and make reservations for 6 nights (from 30 th October to 6 th October). You have to pay the extra cost by yourself when you stay in the Hotel more than 7 nights. The organizing Committee will provide breakfast in the Hotel. Other expenses while staying in JAPAN JPY5000 a day per person shall be provided from the organizing committee during the officially scheduled period of 30 th September to 6 th October. Half the amount, JPY 2500 a day per person shall be provided on your arrival and departure days. JPY3000 a day per person shall be provided from the organizing committee during the officially scheduled period of 30 th October to 6 th October. Half the amount, JPY 1500 a day per person shall be provided on your arrival and departure days. (2) Others (except the Official Members) Passengers Fee At your own expense (Round-trip fee for JAPAN.) Transportation in The organizing Committee will provide pick-up transportation from JAPAN and to Narita Airport. In case of using other Airports, You have to come by yourself and pay the cost by yourself. Hotel The organizing Committee will make arrangement, but please make payment upon arrival. Meals The organizing Committee will provide breakfast in Hotel. Other expenses while staying in JAPAN Please be responsible for all expenses related to your stay. Then the OC will be sending the Application document for Visa. Departure from your country You go to Japan with passport, visa, necessary equipment (CD, leotard, apparatus, application, etc). Arrival in Japan The Organizing Committee member will be waiting at the airport.
