This system provides fleet managers with a dashboard of cost-critical information. It will give you all data needed to help improve fleet efficiencies and deliver a successful transport business within today s competitive marketplace. 8 Closed Area Network (CAN) is a network available on every truck s engine. The Engine Management System is driven by CAN-bus data. It collects data from this network and sends other critical data back. Other vital data regarding operation of the truck in order to monitor overall performance is also available on the CAN-bus network. Data collected from the CAN-bus network is vital for monitoring of fuel consumption, distance driven and speed ultimately delivering a review of data in order to monitor and track driver behaviour.
