We provide a flexible and transparent business model that covers hardware for machines, server solution, SIM cards, system development, handling of billing and support models. Hardware for machines We offer a simple and easily accessible solution based on digital inputs or a more sophisticated solution based on CANbus data for detailed machine analysis. System development We develop customized solutions related to the Trackunit manager and mobile manager but also related to backend integration with business systems. Server solution We provide a branding strategy of portal and give you the choice between several system features. Handling of billing We identify license packages - from monthly packages to several years in prepaid packages. SIM cards We find SIM cards that match the territorial rollout strategy. 11 We divide the process into four phases: 1. Understand 2. Design 3. Implement 4. Support Phase 1: Understand As your partner, it is essential that we gain an understanding of the market you operate in as well as of the challenges you are facing. Analysing your needs is a vital first step. We need to know how you work and where you want to go. When we see the world through your eyes, we apply our comprehensive knowledge of hardware and software and begin the process of drawing up the ultimate solution that matches your specific requirements. Phase 2: Design (and testing) After closely analysing your needs and requirements, the Trackunit project team initiates the next step of the process the design phase. During the design phase the telematics solution is customized in accordance with customer requirements. The customization process might include an extension of system functionality by incorporating elements from across our wide product range, integration of the Trackunit Manager with other business systems e.g. SAP, various branding solutions, design of custom CAN reports and other system adjustments as well as outlining requirements for training and help desk functionality. Customers have to approve the final design solution before the implementation phase is started up. Phase 3: Implementation When the customer has approved the final design, the production and implementation of the Telematics solution commence. Customer specific reports and layout are implemented into the hosting environment and production is started up at Trackunit. Product training is carried out within the customer s organization. Before, during and after the implementation phase, Trackunit offers support to ensure a successful start-up. Phase 4: Support We believe that continuous communication is of vital importance also after the implementation phase. To ensure that the Trackunit Telematics solution always meets market and customer requirements, we provide a second line support organisation. Our support organi sation offers assistance to and meets with - our customers on a regular basis discussing and clarifying technical issues. 11

12 get to know us Our company Since 2003 Trackunit A/S has specialized in fleet management systems launching a wide range of GSM solutions providing up-to-the-minute data on fleet location, movement and usage. Our products are currently used world-wide by leading manufacturers, distributors, rental companies and contractors within the machinery sector as well as companies within the transport, service, agricultural and industrial sectors. Our main office including design, development and production facilities are situated in Pandrup in the northern part of Denmark. We have an extensive network of sales offices in the North European countries as well as partnerships in the rest of Europe and the Middle East. Today, Trackunit has installed approximately 50,000 units world-wide for more than 3,000 customers spread over four continents and our system is available in no less than 16 languages. 14 Telematics made simple A brief introduction to Trackunit Telematics A compact GSM/GPS unit installed in the machine retrieves operating data and transmits the data via the GSM network to a hosted server environment. Information from the server is displayed online via the Internet and apps for smartphones. Users are provided with a visual overview of the fleet on a map as well as numerous functions including report data that can be imported into ERP systems using an AEMP protocol. Manager 14
