3 Introduction CFE Polska is a civil engineering enterprise, which started its construction activity in Poland in The company s scope of activities includes: construction of office, administrative, industrial buildings, hotels, civil engineering, road construction and structural works (bridges, viaducts), public works. CFE Polska is a part of Belgian Compagnies d Entreprises CFE s.a., which has a yearly turnover of 1,728.4 million euros. The group works all around the world and mainly in Belgium, Holland, Luxemburg, Poland, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia. The Groups scope of activities contains: public works, land and sea engineering, construction of retail, industrial, administrative buildings, sewage treatment plants, construction of power plants, electrical installations. The Group is also active in the Real Estate field and Facility Management, especially in Brussels and Luxembourg. Due to its daughter company DEME s.a., CFE s.a. remains a world leader in marine engineering (dredging, environment).
