We offer a wide range of solutions aimed at selecting the most beneficial method of financing we support our Clients in developing their business and its value in long-term perspective, starting from transformation operations and private market transactions, pre-ipo activities and listing on WSE, up to the following issues of securities. Activities carried out with reference to public forms of financing: Initial public offering of securities (IPO); Execution of follow-on issues of securities of public companies (SPO); Active promotion of issues and search for investors; Preparation of complete documentation (issue prospectus, memorandum); Representing the company to capital market institutions (Polish Financial Supervision Authority, Warsaw Stock Exchange, Polish National Depository for Securities); Introduction of securities to public trading; Underwriting (firm-commitment underwriting or investment underwriting); Performing the function of market maker. 2

3 Activities carried out with reference to private forms of financing: Shares and bonds issue (pre-ipo); Offering of securities to a selected group of investors; Active promotion of an issue; Preparation of necessary documentation and its distribution among investors; Representing the company in negotiations with investors; Organising and managing the depository for non-public companies. Other capital operations: Execution of mergers and acquisition transactions; Services related to strategy consulting (valuations, financial analyses); Preparation and execution of leveraged buyout transactions (MBO/LBO); Preparation and execution of tender offers; Preparation and execution of managerial option programme. Stockbroking services Opening and running investment accounts enabling the sale and purchase of shares and bonds, futures and other financial instruments; Acting as an agent in secondary trading transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (including package transactions); Access to public and private offerings; Discretionary stockbroking; Acting as an agent in taking out loans to purchase securities issued in the primary and secondary market from banks with which we cooperate. IDMSA BH is also one of the market leaders offering corporate bonds. Our clients have a wide choice of carefully selected bonds that may earn more attractive yields with relatively low risk as compared with bank deposits. We hold the first position in the 2010 Best Brokerage House Ranking organised for Forbes by the Polish Association of Individual Investors, in the category of Customer Service Level (November, 2010). Research and Recommendations Research and Recommendation Department prepares equity analyses suited at institutional investors needs. Among published reports are: Daily reports comments on current companies news; Sectoral reports analyses encompassing several Companies from the sector; Monthly reports monthly report including short-term investment ideas. The reports are written in English. First, they are made available to our institutional clients. After 7 calendar days shortened versions (current reports) are presented to individual clients and the press. The full version of each report is made public 1 month after the date of its publication. 3

4 Our analysts also prepare a wide range of reports that are made available to individual and institutional clients at the same time. These include: daily stock market comments; daily analysis of the futures market including intermarket analysis; fundamental reports concerning the companies brought to Warsaw Stock Exchange by IDMSA BH; reports concerning some interesting companies which may experience dynamic price movements in the near future. IDMSA BH holds the first position in the 2010 Best Brokerage House Ranking organised for Forbes by the Polish Association of Individual Investors, in the category of Recommendations and analyses (November, 2010). Forex and foreign markets In response to increasing demand from our clients and growing popularity of investing in foreign markets, we have developed a modern trading platform, IDM Trader, which allows investors to trade: over 170 currency pairs; 21 stock index CFDs (including DAX, S&P500, NAS100, CAC40, FTSE100, etc.); 21 commodity CFDs (including oil, gas, corn, cocoa, etc.); over share CFDs; over 450 futures; foreign shares; 42 currency options including gold and silver; over 850 ETFs. IDM Trader also offers a number of advanced tools for technical analysis, market news analysis and other analyses necessary to achieve success. Asset management Asset management services are dedicated to wealthy clients who expect a strategy that is well matched to their investment goals and accepted risk levels. Asset management services constitute an alternative to bank deposits and investment funds. Since August 2006, IDMSA BH has also managed the assets of IDEA TFI the mutual fund management company that achieved the highest rates of return in the Polish market in Within the framework of our securities portfolio management services, we offer our customers various strategies depending on their risk appetite and investment horizon they may choose from eight standard portfolios or an individual strategy.
