While showcasing the latest building products and design trends, the tour will raise funds for Phoenix Children s Hospital. The public is invited to tour this home February 23 rd through March 11 th, Thursdays through Saturdays from 10am-5pm and Sundays from Noon 5pm. Phoenix Children s Hospital will receive all proceeds from tour ticket sales. Tickets to tour can be purchased for $10 at the door of the home or $8 in advance by logging on to The style of the home is interpreted in Whisper Rock by Platinum Homes using classic architectural detailing, such as brick wall caps, textured plaster-look stucco, light color, carriage style garage doors, windows in black iron color, shutters and use of wood. The landscaping is formal with splashes of color and in tune with the arid climates of both Spain and Scottsdale. The interior themes, coined "Arizona Transitional" use a palette of stain colors ranging from dark windows to medium cabinets to other lighter stained wood features. The beams on the ceilings and fireplace designs follow through on the Spanish character.
