Therefore, we expect you to do your part in completing the buyer questionnaire, getting pre-qualified with a lender, and meeting for a buyer consultation. We will maintain open lines of communication and any root of dissatisfaction will be discussed immediately before anything compounds. We expect you to allow Scout to CLOSE your home. My efforts will be 100% toward your best interest. We expect our relationship to be mutually loyal. We will provide you with our preferred home inspectors, it is your responsibility to schedule the home inspection and follow up with the home inspection company with any concerns. We expect you to understand Scout values you and wants to serve you. That being said, the most important client is the one who is right in front of us. If that is you then you have our undivided attention. If we are with another client we will focus on them and get back to you promptly. Our working hours are 8AM - 7PM Monday - Friday. We will work on Saturday and Sunday by appointment only; as we reserve this day for our relocations.
