This program that will cover new advances/management of wound healing as well frequent office maladies and latest trends in medicine. Vascular/general/plastic/maxillofacial/CT surgeons, family/primary care/im/id/er physicians, orthopaedists, oncologists, podiatrists, nurses, NP s, PA s,therapists, dieticians, nursing home administrators, residents, and students. UT CME office will provide certificate for those who complete their attestations forms before departing the conference. This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of The University of Toledo and NWOOA. The University of Toledo is accredited by ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The University of Toledo designates this live activity for a maximum of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Application for continuing medical education credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending. The AAPA accepts certificates of participation for educational activities certified for Category 1 credit from the AOACCME, Prescribed credit from AAFP, and AMA PRA Category 1 Credit from organizations accredited by ACCME or a recognized state medical society. The Ohio Board of Nursing will accept, at face value, the number of hours awarded for a educatonal activity that has been approved for CE, provided it was approved by a nationally accredited system of CE approval.

Room rates are good through October 12 or until the resort reaches 95% capacity. Please register early! Cancellations, Refunds and Grievances Refunds for cancellation will be granted in full minus a $50.00 administrative fee only if notification is received on or before November 10, After November 5, 2015 the remaining balance will be held in recognition of program expense. NWOOA and AMA sponsored CME events are designed to comply with AOA and AMA guidelines for accrediting agencies of CME.
