3 COMPONENTS OF BASELINE STUDIES The terms of Reference for conducting EIA study for the proposed project is as per the model TOR given in Environmental Impact Assessment Guidance Manual for building construction projects by Ministry of Environment & Forests (MOEF). Components to be studied 1 Land environment 2 Air environment 3 Water environment 4. Marine Environment 5. Solid Waste Management 6. Noise environment 7. Biological environment 8.
