In 2005, the college offered 75 internet classes, and was poised to soon offer one to three 100% online degrees. At the time I transitioned out of this role, the college was offering over 230 online classes, six degrees online, and all traditional courses were provided a Web-Enhanced, component, offering an online resource for faculty and students. With department leadership support, created the My Learning Community Blackboard Consortia, strategically moving the college from a self-hosted learning management system environment to an enterprise, manage-hosted system. This allowed for platform growth and access to superior technical expertise, offering enhanced features and services to students and faculty alike. Managed a number of high impact organizational initiatives such as; partner plug-ins for feature enhancement, the Web-Enhanced course model, successful implementation of system upgrades, development of the college s online quality course design initiative, faculty certification standards, and created the course templates that are the foundation for the college s best practices for webbased course content. 6 Managing Director: Client Services, Innovative Marketing Strategies, Managed domestic and international accounts while developing successful global and domestic teams. Scope of responsibilities included; project planning, developing segmentation strategies, launching affinity programs, sales and financial reporting, forecasting, and proposal development. Participated in the ongoing development and implementation of organizational SOP standards, training manuals, quality process, and client services standards documentation. Responsible for program start-up and ongoing program performance initiatives though collaboration with the operations, sales, and information technologies teams. Project experience includes B2B and B2C acquisition, retention, and CRM strategies within the banking industry, health care, controlled and consumer publishing, and the non-profit sector. Accomplishments include: Assumed a financial services account with 20-30% of a client s volume and became the client s exclusive vendor within 18 months, captured significant competitor market share from competitors based upon quality and performance ratings on numerous occasions, grew a number of test programs into long-term accounts, and managed the organizations first non-profit and first controlled publishing client relationships. Client Services Executive: Synapse Technology, Responsible for external client database management and marketing initiatives. Managed client loyalty program. Coordinated agencies for advertising strategies, enhanced database architecture and content, and analyzed quantitative and qualitative data to direct business strategies. Accomplishments include: Partnered with other departments to create an organizational Intranet professional development initiative, developed training materials and procedures for the client s sales force automation Internet based reporting tool, facilitated internal and external training programs for sales force and management members. Contributor to the First Customer Relationship Management Seminar for Executive Leadership and Synapse Operational Excellence Initiative. Education Manager: Organizational Development, Telespectrum Worldwide, Conducted sales, product, and corporate organizational development training programs in the United States and Canada. Reorganization Team Member, opening new business units with key management personnel through acquisitions and start-up initiatives. Facilitated the Management Candidate Program, new hire orientation, and continuing education programs. Work included developing recruitment and hiring processes, retention efforts, and creating performance incentive programs. Accomplishments include: Under the direction of the Vice President of Organizational Development, created a company-wide coaching program for supervisors and mid-level management. Created a mentoring program with 65% of participants gaining promotions company-wide in the first two years of implementation. With the Curriculum Developer, developed the Company elearning Library and Community Seminars.
