He immediately led the corporation to meet a budget of $18 million. Todd has ensured the continued success of the corporation by employing a unique management and relationship building approach. In his previous role of Senior VP of Operations, Todd steered the complete revamping of company operations and played the key role in driving annual revenues to nearly $18 million. He also led BrightMed to become a full-service provider and spearheaded the profitable launch of 14 new locations. Furthermore, he introduced strategic and tactical action plans that increased sales from $2.5 million in 2000 to more than $9 million in 2002 and more than $18 million in Before joining BrightMed, Todd served five years with StarMed Staffing Group, a well-known national and publicly traded healthcare staffing company. He was promoted to Vice President, Support Services to manage and direct all aspects of operations. In a dual role, he also served as Regional Vice President, a position in which he led operations for seven Florida branch offices with complete P&L accountability. He piloted strategies that exceeded revenue goals by more than $7 million and made his region the most profitable company-wide with a gross margin of 28%. His crowning achievement was playing a key role in leading the company from zero revenue and four offices in 1995 to over $250 million in annual revenues and 114 branch locations in Todd earned a Certificate of Graduate Studies in Healthcare Administration from Kaplan University, received his Masters of Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Administration from Northcentral University (an ACBSP accredited University) where he graduated in the top of his class with a 3.94 GPA, is a past member of the Young President s Organization (YPO), a Member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), a member of the Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA), a lifetime member of the Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society as a result of his superior scholastic accomplishments, and is a past board member of the YMCA- Edward Jones in St. Louis.
