They can also view their previous bills, unbilled calls and hierarchical bill summaries, as well as pay or dispute bills. And users can either deploy traditional e-billing or chose to provide smart e-billing, where online bill analysis can be provided within the context of the customer s invoice. Administrators of corporate customers can set permission schemes, allowing bills to be viewed and explored at various levels of the customer s organization, and they can pay corporate bills through template-based approval flows.
