3 About Your Control Panel Online access to a web-based based control panel is provided to manage your website account. The control panel provides access to a comprehensive set of tools that you can use to quickly build and manage a website, plus set up and manage your accounts. You can also use your control panel to access any additional applications included with your plan, such as analytics and search engine tools. It will help you effectively manage your online web presence. Getting Started It is our goal to keep things easy for you. If you have registered a domain name with us at the time of purchasing your Basic or Enhanced Website Plan, we have automatically added your domain name to our servers. Your website, boxes, and other value added tools are ready for you to setup. Get started by creating your website or uploading your existing website to be visible online. If you have a domain name registered with another provider and you want to keep it with that registrar, you will need to update your domain name settings so that it points to our DNS servers. In addition, if you plan to use the that is included with your website plan, you will also need to update your domain to be able to receive . Consult your existing domain name registrar to update this information, the information that you will have to provide them is provided in the Control Panel Guide. Get Your Website Online If you do not have a website currently, we have an easy to use website creator called EasySiteWizard. It provides a wide selection of creative and modern template designs geared toward industry verticals, so you can create the website that best represents your business. To begin you must first log into your control panel. This control panel provides you with the tools that will help you effectively manage your online web presence. Step 1 - Access the AT&T Website Solutions Control Panel by going to from your Internet browser. 3
4 Step 2 Launch the EasySiteWizard application from the Manage Websites Tab, Design Section. Step 3 Click on Create New Website Then click Multi-Page Site. You are now in the website wizard, follow the steps to build and publish your website. 4
5 From this wizard you will be able to: Select your website template Upload and insert your company logo and company images to personalize your website Easily move and place images and content where it suits you best on your website Add YouTube e videos, Facebook and Twitter Like buttons and more to help drive awareness and traffic to your website. Step 4 Preview Website Once you are happy with your website click on the Preview icon, this preview will allow you to view your completed website so you can interact with it just as a site visitor would. Step 5 Publish Your Website. Click on the Publish icon, this will automatically place your website online for all to see. Congratulations, now that your website is published live, it is now time to drive traffic to your website. Your website plan provides you with a number of valuable tools to help you get found online by search engines and communicate to prospective customers. These tools include: Use EasySiteOptimizer to submit your website to major search engines and to help you with enhancing the amount of keywords on your website. Use the Marketing tool to send graphically rich and engaging s to your customer base, keeping them informed about your new website in addition to special promotions, and general news about your business. Use OneList to submit your business infor information mation to over 40 online business directories to help you get found faster online. (available in Website Enhanced and Website Premium Plans) There are in depth User Guides for these and other tools. 5
6 Setting Up Your Professional Accounts EasyMailSetup is your administration tool that allows you to easily setup and manage your professional accounts. Empower your employees with individual, branded addresses. Features include: Creating and modifying accounts Managing account passwords and viewing settings Setting spam filters and viewing storage utilization per address Accessing help tools for setting up and managing your addresses on your desktop and mobile devices. Get Started By Creating Your Professional Accounts Step 1 launch the configuration wizard by clicking on the EasyMailSetup icon within the AT&T Control Panel. Step 2 with the EasyMailSetup interface open click Create a new account. This wizard will walk you through a step-by-step process to set up your addresses. Follow the steps to get your addresses up and running quickly: Select Create an Account. Fill in the requested account details - Recommendations for individual users addresses s would be using their first initial and full last name (ex. [email protected]). 6
7 Step 2 setup your newly created address on your desktop client such as Outlook and also on your mobile smartphone. This is easy to do and we will walk you through the steps right from within EasyMailSetup by clicking on the Help Tab. With Professional you also have access to our user friendly and feature rich web-based mail interface that allows you to manage your inbox, contacts, calendars, preferences and much more. Best of all, no matter where you are or what Internet enabled computer you are using you will have access to your . This interface provides you with important productivity tools tool including message compose and collaboration with co co-workers workers including sharing calendars and contacts. Get Started Using the Professional WebWeb-based Interface Step 1 enter websitesmail.att.com into your Internet browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer. Don t forget to inform your other users about this helpful webbased interface. From this secure login page, enter your address and password that you created and click login. 7
8 Step 2 once logged into the web-based interface you will be able to do a number of day-to-day and collaboration functions. There are seven key sections that you can access by clicking on the tabs. These tabs include: Home A quick view dashboard that displays unread messages; calendar events; tasks; notes; mailbox storage statistics. Inbox This is where you will have access to your messages, compose and reply to s, search s within your inbox and much more. Contacts here you will be able to setup personal and shared contacts. Calendars here you will be able to setup personal and shared calendars, setup meetings and view other user s calendars within your company, while tracking day to day tasks. Notes a great place for taking notes while in meetings and on calls. Mobile here you will have access to setting up your on your mobile smartphone. Preferences your place to manage settings and setup your signature, change spam preferences, change password, and setup auto reply messages which is great for when you are going to be away from your for long periods of time, like when you go on vacation. 8
9 Where to find Help/Instructions AT&T Website Solutions includes a number of applications and tools that you can use on your website. Help/Instructions on how to use each of these features are located in the top right of your control panel. For specific help for each application together with instructions, select the application you want in the control panel and click the help button in the top right corner.
