8 Login Just enter the following in the url bar of internet explorer (Firefox is recommended) Enter the User name and password as given by support Enter the security code and press Login Button. 8

9 Dashboard The dashboard is the landing page after your make a successful login using your user account. The dashboard shows you the Subscriber Mailing Lists you have in the system. You can use the different sorting methods to sort your mailing lists such as in the ascending format, descending format, lists per page etc. This screen also shows you the list name and the number of subscribers you have under that Mailing List in the below screenshot you can see there is a list called Demo List and there are 4 subscribers. On the dashboard as you can see below the logo there are five links. Subscribers List Campaigns Manage Setting 9

10 Subscriber Management / Create a new subscriber list Just click on the Create a new subscriber list Just type the name you want to name the subscriber list. After entering the name system will ask you to import the address in bulk to the newly created list. There are three different ways to import the list 1. Copy Paste 2. Import from file (text or excel) 3. Mysql 10

11 Copy Paste Copy paste all the addresses in the text box each should be separated with For example 11

12 Import from a File You can import addresses from a textpad file or excel in to the system. 12

13 MySql Data can be imported from Mysql. 13

14 Once you are finish with the import the newly created list will be shown at the dashboard or in the subscriber s list section. Just click on the list you have created and it will expand with several options for customization and reporting such as (Users in the list) Custom fields Segments Auto responders Browse subscribers Suppression list Import subscribers Export subscribers Remove subscribers Web service integration Website integration Statistics Synchronization Campaign RSS Feed Settings 14

15 Campaign / Create your first campaign Step No 1 Click on the campaign link from the main menu Step No 2 Then click on the Create a new campaign Step No 3 Name the new campaign for example list1 and click create 15

16 Step No 4 Now there will be some fields you have to enter the details appropriately There are four fields you have to enter the details. Campaign Name (system will automatically select the campaign name) Schedule (there are four options choose one) o Do not Send (recommended) o Deliver Immediately o Deliver at the given Time o Deliver repeatedly 16

17 Recipients (subscriber list are shown here you have to select one or more than one) Google Analytics (just enter your domain name Click on the button (save sending settings and proceed to setting) Step No 5 Create the newsletter Click create new E mail builder will pop (see the below figure) 1. enter a name for the newsletter 2. Enter the from address and title 3. Enter reply to address and title 4. press save link to save this 5. then click layout from the top menu to customize the newsletter 6. There are some built in templates that you can customize choose one or if you want to design from scratch just select empty. 7. Now press the content option to customize the newsletter once finished with the customization 17

18 8. after configuring each option save it by clicking the save link 9. If you want to attach an attachment to newsletter just click on the attachment link leave it empty if you don t want to attach. 10. Now finally click the preview link. And don t forget to check the spam report for the newsletter. 11. After all the customization press save and close link. 12. your newsletter is done. It will be added in the system database with campaign you saved. You can send this newsletter to subscribers list one or more then one. 18

19 Step No 6 Click on the on the campaigns/browse campaigns The campaign you have created above will be listed here if you want to modify any section click it a list of options will be displayed. You can send the campaign by clicking send now button with the campaign. Step No 7 Once the campaign is launched you can see the detail statistics for each campaign by browsing the campaigns click the campaign you want to see the reports and the click statistics. 19

20 Campaign Statistics Following statistical data is provided for campaigns: Link click statistics Number of unique and total link clicks by day open statistics Number of unique and total opens by day Forward to friend statistics Number of unique and total forwards to friends Browser view statistics Number of unique and total web browser views Unsubscription statistics Number of unsubscriptions by day Bounce detection statistics Hard and soft bounce detections Link click performance Highest, lowest and best days for link clicks open click performance Highest, lowest and best days for opens In almost all these statistics, Oempro4 provides detailed subscriber data that belongs to the statistics. 20

21 Template In the context of marketing and NSD Technology Bulk template is a pre-defined set of HTML design which can be adopted easily and can be used for creating a nice looking newsletter. The template provides you a pre-defined layout which can be used to add your content when you are building your newsletter. You can use images, css style sheets, tables, personalization tags while creating an template. An example of the template which is available from the Oempro's global database is shown below. 21

22 Account In order to update your account you will need to go to the Settings > Account information. The account information will generally have your account user name and password, your address, the time zone you are in and other related information such as address and co-ordinates. 22
