2 Technical Lead/ PM : Full Time, Karachi based Establish and Manage Development plan Manage and update project documentation Make technology decisions with respect to: o Development tools o Technical Architecture o Application Security o Application Scalability Establish clear weekly objectives and deliverables for the team Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery. Research and evaluate a variety of software products In depth knowledge and experience with PHP / my SQL, Javascript, CSS, AJAX and HTML5 Must have worked on at least 1 PHP framework (preference for Zend) Must understand Software as a Service architecture and approach Strong project management and communication skills Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization Experience with multi-threading and concurrency Experience in developing complex algorithms Conduct benchmark testing for databases and infrastructure Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories Exposure to VOIP billing systems and RADIUS Exposure to cloud computing e.g. Amazon Web Services Proficiency in LINUX Masters in Software Engineering with at least 2 years of team lead experience
