11 TERMS AND CONDITIONS TOWER E - 4 th, 5 th and 19 th -22 nd floor Of course, all terms and conditions shall be discussed with you in detail and set forth in the tenancy agreement. Below, you will find the answers to some of the questions you may have. TENANCY AGREEMENT WTC The Hague uses the standard ROZ Tenancy agreement model 2003, amended for Bouwinvest with additional specific clauses. TENANCY Regular office space: Business Center Business SPOTS: Business ROOMS: Business SUITES: 5 years flexible tenancy (one month notice) starting at 3 months starting at 12 months VAT VAT will be charged on rental fees. If VAT cannot be charged, an alternative surcharge shall apply. PAYMENT Rental fees need to be paid in advance per quarter. TOWER E - 25 th floor SERVICE CHARGES The service charges are paid as an advance on supplies and services. Annually, the account will be settled based on actual costs. Prices of supplementary services are excluding VAT. BANK GUARANTEE A fully licensed Dutch bank must issue a bank guarantee to the value of 3 months rent, plus service charges and any VAT due. INDEXATION Annually, starting 1 year after tenancy commencement date.
