Five to ten years managerial experience is required. Knowledge of accrediting standards and compliance requirements. Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, word processing and spreadsheet software. Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, appropriate prioritization and time management skills. 80-Exempt Facilities Mechanic II Five years experience in plant operations and maintenance field. Healthcare experience and a trade license in one or more of the following: HVACR, High Pressure Boiler Operator, Electrical or Plumbing Journeyman s. Demonstration of knowledge in the electrical field, HVAC, plumbing, boiler or contractors and associated equipment. Valid Michigan Drivers License with good driving record. Ability to lift equipment and supplies that my exceed 80 pounds. Family Birthing Unit RN Current RN license in MI, BLS Certification Required. Completion of basic Fetal Monitoring (FM), NRP Certification Preferred. Must successfully complete FM training by end of unit orientation and maintain AWHONN Advanced Fetal monitoring by recertifying years. 2 Fiscal Budget Analyst Super user for Budgeting and reporting software. Work with department managers on departmental payroll and expense budget variances, reconciliations, analysis and budget development. Help prepare and distribute month end reporting packages to managers. Help Prepare schedules for external auditors as requested. Preparation of account reconciliations and reviews as assigned. Consider RN with CCS; CCS-P a plus. Extensive knowledge of ICD-9 CM, ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS coding principles and guidelines. Extensive knowledge of reimbursement systems. Extensive knowledge of federal, state and payer-specific regulations and policies pertaining to documentation, coding and billing. Minimum of two years coding or coding review experience with claims processing and data management responsibilities. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Prefer someone with training background in coding and reimbursement. 12/3/2014 Hospice RN Current MI license. Excellent clinical assessment, communication and critical thinking skills. Will be working with patients and families at the end of life. Ability to see patients in their homes in a variety of settings. Must be able to work independently. Must have current Hospice knowledge and clinical skills. Position is a on-call, salaried position. 6/25/2014 Heartwood Lodge RN Current MI license. Hospice experience preferred. Excellent clinical assessment skills and communication skills. Will be working with patients and families at the end of life. Coverage for Hospice Community and Hospice House. Must be available for on-call. 3/25/2015 ICU RN Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan, Current BLS certification required. BSN preferred. ACLS certification within 3-months of hire. Successful completion of Basic EKG interpretation education (if no EKG experience) within 3-months of hire and Basic EKG interpretation test within 4-months of hire. Completion of procedural sedation competency by end of orientation. 7/8/2015 IHC-Nursing RN RN with 5 years of experience and current MI license. Must have excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking and communication skills. Ability to see patients in their homes in a variety of settings. Must be able to work independently. Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment, use computer terminals, draw blood specimens, and transport bodily fluids. 2-years experience in phlebotomy required. 7/8/2015 Laboratory Medical Technologist ASCP Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related discipline, and registry by ASCP Preferred. Must have physical ability to respond to emergency and patient care needs. Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment, use computer terminals, draw blood specimens, perform laboratory tests, etc. Ability to be trained and orientated in all areas of the clinical laboratory as required with the exception of Pathology. -Temporary6/24/2015 Med/Surg RN Current MI RN license, BCLS certificate. Ability to lift lbs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Frequent and prolonged standing and walking. Previous Med/Surg experience preferred. 2-Per Diem /15/15 Med/Surg Unit Tech/Clerk Registered Nurse Aide in the State of MI, Current BLS and Good Communication skills. Computer knowledge and experience required. Clerk experience preferred. 07/15/15 North Ottawa Care Center Admissions Coordinator Responsible for coordinating admissions to North Ottawa Care Center (NOCC). Functions as a liaison with and develops/cultivates/maintains cooperative working relationships with community healthcare providers. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Administration or Social Services and one to two years of experience or a commensurate combination of education and experience in a health care, nursing home setting or long term care setting. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement mechanisms and regulations preferred. An understanding and/or working knowledge of medical and nursing care management, medical terminology, rehabilitation for long term care residents and general principles of health care administration also preferred. -Exempt North Ottawa Care Center CENA Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Current CNA registration in the State of Michigan. Will be assisting residents with activities of daily living, provide personal care, comfort and safety of assigned residents North Ottawa Care Center Dietary Aide Assist in food preparation, serving residents in the dining room and washing dishes. High School Diploma, customer service skills, able to work in a fast paced environment and on feet 90% of the time, wait staff experience preferred but not necessary, kitchen experience, flexible hours a must.

A minimum of 2-3 years of social work experience required. Experience in the long-term-care and rehab environment preferred. Effective communication, knowledge of community resources with a strong emphasis on discharge planning is required. 6/26/2015 Analyst Coder Two years experience in professional physician coding/billing to include CPT and ICD- 9 coding, charge entry and collections. Must possess thorough knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance carrier guidelines as well as insurance benefit plans, member eligibility and payment responsibility. Ability to understand medical EOB s and rejections/denials. Experience with EHR/EMR system software, CPC Certification, and accounting background in AR/ credits/refunds desired. Excellent communication skills and ability to problem solve with all levels of medical personnel and patients. Financial Counselor Financial Counselor manages insurance verification and benefits plans for North Ottawa Medical patients to assure full knowledge of benefit coverage for scheduled medical services. Meet with patients to determine and advise of patient responsibility. Counsel patient on options available for those with no insurance coverage and make front end payment plan arrangements with patients, with main focus on the Woman s Health. Responsible for charge entry and collection/posting of patient payments (copays, coinsurance and deductibles), assisting patients with account balances and managing group monthly cash reconciliation. Must have 3-5 years of professional coding/billing, strong knowledge of insurance plans/ benefits, and AR/collections experience required, with excellent communication skills. Medical EHR / EMR systems experience desired. Medical Assistant MA cert., CENA, Paramedic Cert. or commensurate combination of education and experience. General Surgical patient care experience preferred. Medical Assistant with clerical experience. Current BLS Certification and Good Communication skills. Computer knowledge and experience required. Patient Registration Patient Registration Clerk One year medical office work preferred, with understanding of medical and insurance terms. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be able to type 50 wpm, error free. Experience with computer, copy machine, fax and other office equipment preferred.
5 Peri-Operative Services RN Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan, BSN preferred. Current BLS. Current ACLS, PALS/PEARS OR completion of these certifications within 1 year of hire into this position. Previous nursing clinical experience required. Pharmacy Certified Pharmacy Tech Must possess an active, non-restricted national technician certification from PTCB. Hospital and/or Retail Pharmacy experience preferred, Pyxis knowledge preferred. Must be able to manage multiple tasks, and have excellent communication, teamwork and customer service skills. 5/13/2015 3/18/2015 Urgent Care Center Clinical Supervisor RN/LPN/EMT/Paramedic or commensurate combination of education and experience.
